pancake tacos are amazing! Food was delicious, and staff were very excited to be creative. It was an excellent dining experience.
This cafe and breakfast spot has a lot of charm with great decor and a nice vibe. The service was mediocre but the issue was the total disregard for explicit instructions on the food where an allergy was mentioned. The counter staff took the order and did their due diligence to inform the kitchen. However the kitchen disregarded it completely.
When I told them, they were like deer in the headlights. No compensation for our meal and no evidence that they took it seriously. It was treated like a food preference rather than an allergy that has dire repercussions for the patron.
The place is good, the staff need to do better.
Brought a friend for brunch on Thursday and it wasn’t my first visit, so was looking forward to returning. The food is still great however the service declined from the last visit. It won’t stop me from going again. Was just a little disappointed in the service.
Lots of ambiance. Quick service. Lots of seating. No live music, though, unfortunately. Can get very loud because of so many people = very popular!
From the North Mountain Coffee, to the comfy seating and welcoming vibe, this is a place that truly feels like home. Thanks for offering up such a sanctuary🙏
Tepid drip coffee. Burnt latte. Bacon cheddar bagel tasted like the ingredients were a week old, stale and cold. Even after we asked for it to be warmed up. Guess you could call it aged cheddar… pretty bad when you wish you went to Tim’s instead.

Had a fantastic breako! The Eggs Bene' we're exceptional and the surprise favourite were the potatoes. The perfect amount of seasoning and crispy, perfect for mopping up the remnant hollandaise.
The staff were super helpful and friendly.
Only minor gripe was it was pretty chilly. That said it's a pretty nippy morning out there today so likely not normally an issue.

I've been coming here nearly daily since TAN closed. The spot is lovely, and so is the staff, but I very, very rarely ever get fresh coffee. 3 out of 5 times the coffee is barely warm, and tastes like it was brewed over an hour ago. I roasted coffee professionally for 5 years and I know there is no need for stale, barely warm coffee at the prices charged here.
Baked goods are excellent, staff is very friendly. Coffee is terrible and never fresh.
Great coffee.

In terms of coffee, this place is basically Starbucks but very slow stressed service. Specifically asked for an espresso in a real cup and got a take out cup. Dark coffee, pretty basic. Treats and food looked great though.

I used to love G&G but things have really gone downhill. - the quality of drinks has been disappointing. The last two I got I couldn’t finish. I likely won’t be back. - I had stamp cards that they are apparently no longer using (some kind of loyalty card is pretty standard at coffee shops) I did reach out but have not had any reply. This was a great spot but isn’t worth the price any more.
Great atmosphere, excellent menu options and good service.

We just ordered a coffee. Chill vibe. Enough sockets to plug in your electronics. Good coffee (European speaking ;)). Different types of milk, so also good for vegans.
Dietary restrictions: Vegan milk options.
