Every time I order anything “Double” from this restaurant they give me a single. Ordered a double quarter pounder through the app, get home and there’s a single quarter pounder in the bag. Spend 5 minutes calling the restaurant, no one answers meanwhile I just came from the restaurant there’s about 10 employees working and 2 customers, why isn’t anyone answering the phone???

One of worse customer service ever, ordered breakfast combo and a coffee and muffin , they never did the combo for one, they also didn't do the muffin and coffee combo. Paid for it and went to the next window to pick up and there was no drink for my combo, they stated that they added the coffee to the combo, however I ordered orange juice for it, so ordered orange juice, paid for it and still never got it, had to go back again and they said they had none, so twice ordering it no mention that they didn't have it and took money for it but no drink, we had to get them to get some kind of drink as we paid for it. Wake up and pay attention to your customers 😔

We did a last minute order on a busy Saturday night for 50 burgers, 50 fries and 40 junior chicken sandwiches. The staff was very accommodating and some stayed late to get our order for our wedding. Very friendly when we went to pick up. Thanks for rescuing our midnight snack!!

I 100% got a pretty much raw straight from freezer Arch burger...it was beyond disgusting, It was a struggle to get my money back for the burger and I'm the easiest going person

Extremely slow service. Almost 25 minutes to get food. Avoid if you’re in hurry. Faster to go to a regular restaurant where service is quicker.

Was there this morning ordered a mighty McMuffin. Got to the second window waited almost 5 min then they asked me to pull forward and go park so I said no. Then they decided to give me a sausage McMuffin instead and I’m already back on highway to work. I won’t be returning to this Macdonalds. If they can’t do the correct order on a single sandwich because they are mad I won’t pull forward after already waiting. Il be discouraging others from visiting this location as well. I was a daily buyer at this location but no more
