Partner ordered me a big Mac meal no cheese due to milk allergy. Got it home and opened it to see there was cheese in it. It was on the receipt that it had no cheese. I called politely saying can I get a free one next time I can come and she said to come now to switch it out. Zero apologies. I stated I can't come today . (Considering I have a 2 month old and 2 year old and not simple as jumping in the car to drive back) she had no response and hung up. Won't be back !

Service is really terrible here. It’s very poorly run. I have had so many times I have left with not getting what I ordered and paid for that I do typically have to check now before leaving. Tonight, my order was not taken correctly- I sat and waited 25-20 minutes for them to charge me 3$ more and I still left without the fries I paid for. This restaurant desperately needs better management
Stopped by McDonald’s today and had a frustrating experience. The drive-thru order screen wasn’t working, so I had to wait about 5 minutes with no communication. No one acknowledged the delay, and the overall service was very slow. Disappointed, especially when you’re just trying to grab something quick.

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I went to the windsor McDonald’s around 11, and when I got home, I found a long hair tangled in my fries. Not sitting on top—stuck in the fries. That’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
When I went back to let them know, the staff barely even apologized. No refund, no concern, just brushed it off like it was normal. That made the experience even worse. I didn’t just lose my appetite—I lost all trust in this location.
Seriously, how hard is it to keep the food area clean? This was a really bad experience, I am very disappointed in you McDonald’s and I won’t be coming back. Get it together.
