Stopped by McDonald’s today and had a frustrating experience. The drive-thru order screen wasn’t working, so I had to wait about 5 minutes with no communication. No one acknowledged the delay, and the overall service was very slow. Disappointed, especially when you’re just trying to grab something quick.

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. I went to the windsor McDonald’s around 11, and when I got home, I found a long hair tangled in my fries. Not sitting on top—stuck in the fries. That’s absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
When I went back to let them know, the staff barely even apologized. No refund, no concern, just brushed it off like it was normal. That made the experience even worse. I didn’t just lose my appetite—I lost all trust in this location.
Seriously, how hard is it to keep the food area clean? This was a really bad experience, I am very disappointed in you McDonald’s and I won’t be coming back. Get it together.

Disgusting experience. I ordered food from McDonald’s and found a hair in it. Completely ruined my appetite. That’s beyond unacceptable—makes you wonder about their hygiene standards and when I addressed the issue she shrugged like it wasn’t a big deal which made me upset and that was not appropriate nor professional . I expected better from such a big brand. Won’t be going back anytime soon.

Unbelievably slow. Ordered a mcdouble and smoothie. Had to wait for the burger and the smoothie was not done right. Highly recommend to go elsewhere.
Ever since they went to 24 hours on a regular basis they forget my fries or even to put cheese on my quarter pounder even though the slip on the Burger box says with cheese. Last time I was there they rang in my order wrong and then wanted to charge me more when I got to the second window. That did not happen.

Every time I order anything “Double” from this restaurant they give me a single. Ordered a double quarter pounder through the app, get home and there’s a single quarter pounder in the bag. Spend 5 minutes calling the restaurant, no one answers meanwhile I just came from the restaurant there’s about 10 employees working and 2 customers, why isn’t anyone answering the phone???
