I don’t usually leave reviews because I know food service workers are doing their best, and I really do appreciate that. But in this case, the bread on my sandwich was extremely hard...not just a little crunchy, but so tough it was difficult to even bite into. Combined with the long wait time, it made for a really disappointing experience. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend based on this visit.

Usually I don’t put a negative review even if I don’t get my desired order. The only time I put a negative review about a place is because of the staff working there!! I have been to this location a couple of times now and whenever I go and the tall guy with a beard is working there, he always has some kind of attitude as if he is giving out food for free! This is the third time I have met the same guy and faced the same arrogance. This is clearly not acceptable! If I had another option in Windsor, NS, I would never ever visit this location just because of the customer service!!! Totally disappointed!

Food is good and fresh, staff always seem to have fun, and the location is great. Just off the highway so nice and easy to get to on my way home!

Was in to grab some lunch but was met with very rude and condescending behavior. Not sure what to think. This staff member not only was rude to us but made it seem like the person in the drive thru was to blame for her coworker not being able to hear their order when in actually she was the reason her coworker could not hear the drive thru order as she banged containers together.

I love when I go in here and one of the people making my subs are coughing and hacking over all of the vegetables, I could tell the other employees were concerned as well but didn't say anything to him, safe to say I threw out my sub right after they made it. Don't come to work if your sick AF and going ti be coughing over the food you're making

can't recommend ordering the new potato rings here. tiny portion, bag was a quarter full, literally only 4 rings. the employee who grabbed my bag wasn't even sure if they were in there at first since it was so small lol.

Extremely hard to understand the employees when trying to order my sub having to tell them over and over and over what I want on it and I ain't complicated I just want everything but the hot stuff extra pickles extra olives not difficult but trying to tell them tht is extremely hard

Went with my five year old grandson they made him a flat bread sandwich and put spicy meat on it he couldn't eat it because it was too spicy and told us it was his problem the hell with subway Windsor ns

Went to the drive through last night, I ordered, buddy had me wait (with no customers behind or ahead of me) for what had to have been 5 minutes idling. I proceed to pay window, has me waiting once again, get my sub and it looks like an explosion went off on it, just the messiest made sub at subway I’ve ever had. Also he put things on it that I said not to. Terrible experience. Managers need to start paying attention there. Lost my business lol

Came in tonight to enjoy subway just to find the staff very flustered. There was one guy with a beard who was not being nice to the foreign employee. His entire vibe caused me to leave especially after he snapped at his co worker to "chill bro" over the microwave and proceeded to snap directions at the employee on how to make the sandwich. It was just not pleasant to witness.

I ordered a sub through the drive through and was not asked if I wanted vegetables. Vegetables were put on it with no sauce. I went back 30 minutes later to explain this and I was asked for a receipt even though I handed over the whole sub. I was also told that I must’ve drove away before he could ask for vegetables … even though I was told to drive through it was basically an argument to get my sub fixed I will never go back there again.

I purchased a 6" spicy Italian on herb and cheese bread. Toasted with habanero cheese. I added mayo, chipotle sauce, and salt and pepper. It was absolutely delicious.
