I would like to recognize the very tall East Indian man who usually waits on me at the Tim's down town. He is extremely polite and friendly. I would recommend him for any Management position!

The air conditioner has not been on in my last 3 visits to the Tim's on Cole Dr in Windsor. There was 6 of us there today and we were all sweating so bad that we had to leave. I'm sure that the cooks must be sweating profusely in the kitchen. Is the air conditioner broke or is it turned off intentionally?

Horribly filthy mens bathroom that's used by junkies to shoot up (sharps disposal box on the floor by the toilet).

Took a long time to get a simple coffee order. Extremely loud, even moved tables cause could have a conversation over the screaming and yell and staff said nothing.

Coffee is never right ordered triple triple got home to drink it realize it was bright orange.posted it on fb it was so bad.than was in drive threw and the worker they had on was swepping the drive threw hit my van with the broom not pay attention.told drive threw they brushed it off as no big deal.worst tims in Windsor and that says alot.
