The staff are always friendly and quick with service — even during busy mornings, they handle everything with a smile. The coffee is always fresh, and the donuts and breakfast sandwiches taste just right. The place is clean, bright, and has a calm vibe, perfect for a quick sit-down or takeout before work. You can really feel that small-town warmth here. Definitely one of the better Tim Hortons I’ve visited in Nova Scotia!

Anyone that used to visit a Hortons location up to the early 2000s knows the standards are gone compared to what we used to get. I rarely visit anymore but I’m usually disappointed even more when I do go.

The air conditioner has not been on in my last 3 visits to the Tim's on Cole Dr in Windsor. There was 6 of us there today and we were all sweating so bad that we had to leave. I'm sure that the cooks must be sweating profusely in the kitchen. Is the air conditioner broke or is it turned off intentionally?
