Anyone that used to visit a Hortons location up to the early 2000s knows the standards are gone compared to what we used to get. I rarely visit anymore but I’m usually disappointed even more when I do go.

The air conditioner has not been on in my last 3 visits to the Tim's on Cole Dr in Windsor. There was 6 of us there today and we were all sweating so bad that we had to leave. I'm sure that the cooks must be sweating profusely in the kitchen. Is the air conditioner broke or is it turned off intentionally?

Horribly filthy mens bathroom that's used by junkies to shoot up (sharps disposal box on the floor by the toilet).

Service at drive through is very slow, and no garbage cans at the drive through. Terribly irresponsible for a take out drive through to have no garbage cans at the actual drive through.
