Been awhile since I've gone to Tim Hortons and yes once again they messed up my order which was only a bottle of Iced Tea and a breakfast sandwich.

Terrible place to go. Staff unfriendly,food cold and uncooked. Ordered 2 eagg and bacon meals on English muffins. Got our English muffins uncooked with drinks no hadhbrown. Had to go back to counter girl said I didn't order which I did and paid for. Was going to charge me for Hashbrowns. She was rude another girl stepped in said I did pay for meal but was supposed to tell what I wanted for extra. At this point I'm fed up and said that wasn't even asked. Never be back.

Only concerned about the drive thru, like most these days. Staff cannot be courteous and use simple manners, like saying thank you to a customer. This location just keeps getting worse. There are three in this town, can't imagine them all staying busy with this level of customer service.
