Asked for roll up cups as I ordered 4 large coffee.i was told management will not allow staff to give roll up cups if they are out of that size.i paid for large coffee why can't I have med cups.i was told I have to order med coffee to get the roll up cups.i said I spent more money for large and you would lose money if I cut my order down to medium.doesnt make sense.the management there needs to give their head a shake.the contest rules even state no purchase necessary.so I should be able to just walk in and ask for a cup.very disappointed.i will be reporting this to higher up in the corporation.

Been awhile since I've gone to Tim Hortons and yes once again they messed up my order which was only a bottle of Iced Tea and a breakfast sandwich.

Terrible place to go. Staff unfriendly,food cold and uncooked. Ordered 2 eagg and bacon meals on English muffins. Got our English muffins uncooked with drinks no hadhbrown. Had to go back to counter girl said I didn't order which I did and paid for. Was going to charge me for Hashbrowns. She was rude another girl stepped in said I did pay for meal but was supposed to tell what I wanted for extra. At this point I'm fed up and said that wasn't even asked. Never be back.
