I really don't know what's wrong with this location. They have more staff than customers in that they're still at 2 to 3 minute wait in line for someone to eventually walk over to take an order.

And then when putting your order in, they don't pay attention. You have to correct them two to three times sometimes even per item for multiple items on one order in order for them to just punch it into computer correctly. I even had to resort to pointing at the screen because he kept asking me about it and I kept pointing to the one I wanted on the screen and he just didn't get it

The staff are running around like chickens with their head cut off looking extremely busy when in back of the head very little to do. The only person who's doing any actual work is the lady who's making the sandwiches and she's capable of getting worse on the process to know very quickly. Everybody else seems to be completely directionless.

This is what happens when you make use of government programs to subsidize your workforce without making sure people are properly trained or even able to communicate with your customers

my order is always incorrect when I receive it . yesterday , I went in to order an ice coffee , was immediately greeted by a guy who's not from here . had to repeat myself ~7 times , if I'm being generous , he still didn't punch in my order correctly , so I gave up and left . if they can't speak English then they shouldn't be working in an English speaking country . if I could , I would rate 0 stars , don't send a French person here , let alone an English person , because you'll get nowhere regarding customer service .

I used to stop here every morning, the staff was recently diluted from people who would greet you with a “good morning” and hand you food while acknowledging you.
For the past month or two you have to repeat your simple order of a double double 3-4 times and the staff at the window are miserable; most the time not even a simple Hello or look your way. Today my coffee was dropped because he wasn’t looking before shutting the window as if it wasnt his problem. Wont be back and advise you to use the other two tims, even though they have similar problems. The wage subsidy is really killing the Tim Hortons of windsor

9/10 times you get food that’s barely edible and your coffee will taste different pretty much every time. They hardly cook bacon, it’s slimy. If you order a farmers breakfast wrap they wrap it up so tight the hashbrown is like a weird mush, and it’s never warm enough
