Went today and was disappointed for sure. The drinks were served in mugs that had what appeared to be dried food on them, bathrooms were dirty, tables were dirty with crumbs from previous people .

Just moved to the area and was introduced to this spot by a friend. We went on a busy day and we only had to wait a few minutes for our drinks and they were super. I've been back since and had a piece of carrot cake which was delicious. The prices are pretty reasonable for something made from scratch and the service is always friendly.

40 mins to get breakfast sandwich is unacceptable and the Greek one tasted fishy. Others ordered after us and served. We tipped 15% in advance as well Lemon square and compass bum very good.
