Love this little café! Stopped here for lunch and had a delicious veggie wrap with an oat hot chocolate. I was impressed with both. My friend also liked their Ham & Swiss with a maple pecan square. I appreciate how they use fair trade products and offer a program to pay forward meals/drinks to those who can't afford them. Looking forward to my next visit!

Vegetarian options: The hummus and roasted veggie wrap is a great vegan lunch option. They also have alternative milks for their drinks.

Stopped by to catch the theatre schedule and noticed the side door cafe . Enjoyed a hot tea, and regret I didn't get a chance to try their seasonal pumpkin hot chocolate .

Staff wasn’t personable at all, hardly even friendly. Very expensive for the quality. Also, it’s absolutely insane that they charge 7.75 for a cup of milk and they call it matcha. Why even offer it on the menu? It’s milk and ice with a HINT of matcha

The staff always have a smile on everyday. There mocha and coffee's are scrumptious. With this coffee shop connected to the Al Wittle Theater with their new valley styled retro arcade game, it adds a new twist to the coffee shop experience.

Espresso is good and a great place to set up your laptop to do some work. Try the ginger molasses cookies...they are great!

My first visit at this location and probably my last was not a good experience. Ordering my coffee was easy enough. Told the young girl what I wanted in it. This procedure is apparently handled by someone else. The problem was the young guy who was supposed to be doing this job was involved in a conversation with a customer at the time that seemed like it was going to be never ending. Normally I'am a pretty patient guy. All I wanted was to get my coffee mixed so I could exit. I finally just left without getting the two milk and sweetener I wanted in my coffee. I should add there was just two customers, myself and
the woman talking to the young guy. The young girl who poured my coffee could have very easily finished the job but she was no where to be seen. I decided to stop in on my way to Windsor to try out the location. It was a bad decision. My customer service experience was abysmal.

The location is quite central. It is located inside an old theater ? so it has an interesting character too it. There is generally plenty of seating inside which makes it pretty easy to meet up with friends. The coffee is satisfactory, but there really isn't anything to snack on with your coffee. There is no biscotti biscuits and the items that they do make they were completely out of. It was about 4:30pm on Thursday afternoon, so I don't think they should have been out of everything. The staff were polite enough. The coffee beans are roasted at their roasterie just up the street.

Parking: There isn't a lot of parking so come early so you have time to find some parking and walk over. Parking is free for 3 hours until 5pm.
