We went on a wine tour. I’m not a big wine drinker, but their title bay was very good. My wife, who is a wine drinker also loved it.

We stopped into Mercator Vineyards on a weekend road trip, and it was such a great experience. The setting is beautiful and relaxing, perfect for enjoying some amazing wine. Their Tidal Bay is honestly the best we’ve had in the region, and the reds were spectacular too. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and you could tell they really love what they do. Definitely a spot we’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends.

The wines we purchased here were very good and we enjoyed them a lot. 5 stars. However, unfortunately, the salesgirl was not very knowledgeable about the wines she was selling. It would also be great if the shop offered snacks like nuts and crackers, as they are always helpful for comparing different wine varieties.

Great location, nice views and comfortable seating areas. Charming store to browse and very nicely merchandised with local items. The wine was very good although samples are a bit small. One major sticking point for me was the corking fee. We purchased a can of newer type sparkling wine for a change, as it was available chilled, and was offered inside at the bar. When purchasing it we were charged a $10 corking fee? WTH? The can was only $6 and there was no mention of a corking fee when we were offered one to try with our wines....I think this is ridiculous when you go to a winery to try different wines, but when you buy some there and get charged a $10 corking fee for a $6 can? Sad...it's enough to make me not want to return.
