My favourite subway :D Very clean inside, quick service and always exactly what I ask for. Moria was the person who made my sub today, it was perfect and she was very kind. Really the type of service you don’t see anymore! Always great customer service and speedy when making my order!!

I had a very rude server when ordering my sub, his name tag said Ferinand. He was not attentive and completely ignored me and was unhygienic. Luckily i had a trainiee called Jacob take care of all my needs and was very caring towards my experience he really turned my experience around but even so “Ferinand” was bringing down Jacob in negative ways. Thank you Jacob and subway do better.

While I was ordering a my sub, the short filipino guy was scratching his head with gloves on while my sub was in the toaster. Ewwww🤮and next, Filipino lady took my payment had full of attitude (I don't know how a restaurant gets worse within 3months of summer break, it was me and my buddies’ favorite place to eat earlier). Students please stay away from this place.

I’ve ordered from here many times and somehow, the food and service just continues to get worse. They put the bare minimum amount of vegetables on their sandwiches and disregard you if you ask for more. The rice bowls (which are usually quite filling from anywheres else) are half empty when you open them. Today I ordered the fiesta beans and corn side salad to try along with my sub, and this is what I received. Two condiment cups with maybe a teaspoon of food in each. I do not plan on buying from this location again.
If you order on the app and give a 0$ tip they will make your food with absolutely no care and give you less food on purpose, Subway should NOT be asking for tips. It’s your job to make my food, you get paid to make my food, you aren’t waiting my table, you aren’t checking up on me to see how the food is.
Pic below is my salad after I shook it. I have ordered this exact salad from Berwick and New Minas multiple times and have never received one with so little in the bowl, I guess that’s what I get for not tipping.
