I ordered Veggie Sub, was not filled properly with veggies, not Toasted, not Grilled, poorly packed, took enough time to prepare the order. I just wasted my Time and Money.

Will neither go there nor recommend anyone.

I’ve ordered from here many times and somehow, the food and service just continues to get worse. They put the bare minimum amount of vegetables on their sandwiches and disregard you if you ask for more. The rice bowls (which are usually quite filling from anywheres else) are half empty when you open them. Today I ordered the fiesta beans and corn side salad to try along with my sub, and this is what I received. Two condiment cups with maybe a teaspoon of food in each. I do not plan on buying from this location again.

If you order on the app and give a 0$ tip they will make your food with absolutely no care and give you less food on purpose, Subway should NOT be asking for tips.
It’s your job to make my food, you get paid to make my food, you aren’t waiting my table, you aren’t checking up on me to see how the food is.

Pic below is my salad after I shook it. I have ordered this exact salad from Berwick and New Minas multiple times and have never received one with so little in the bowl, I guess that’s what I get for not tipping.

Their wraps are the size of an iPhone 6. Everytime I give this location another shot, it's always the same outcome. Absolute trash.

Guy was very rude felt like i couldn't even ask for what i wanted on my own sub told him multiple times that I was getting 2 different 6inchs and he made them the same and basically refused to cut it in half and make them different had to ask 4 times before he finally listened to me.

I got a sandwich at the store on Thursday, and it was horrible. To start, I'd like to know how much staff does it takes to create one sub for one person.
One of the women was short and had on a Subway@ sweater. It was the worst customer experience I have ever had in this subway, and she was very unpleasant and full of attitude toward the other customers. She didn't even smile. I miss the old management.

Worst customer service , people were not listening at all !
I don’t they changed the staff or what !
New people are not responding at all and just making bad subs .
The lady was trying to give me an attitude .
Always missing stuff from my order .
Trying to ignore all the stuff but they keep on doing wrong practices and as a customer it makes me mad .

I think the employees need to be trained on how to be polite and respect customer's dietary choices. I don't know if changing the gloves from meat to veggies is gonna make them bankrupt. I guess customers should compromise their dietary preferences if they'll get their sub from here as the franchise cannot afford disposable gloves and employees don't care.
