Literally the worst experience and service I have ever seen in all my 42 years of life. Two people working one screaming at the giant line up that “if anyone wants food it’s gonna be a 20 minute wait” meanwhile another “team member” is visible in the back but not seemingly interested in helping her coworkers. Unreal. I got here at 3 it’s now 330 exactly and I am still waiting to place my order. Unreal. Absolutely unacceptable. Has to be the poorest run location I have ever ever been to. Wolfville ns get your act together …. SHAMEFULL

Spent most of a Saturday in the area during homecoming. There are only 2 staff people on, the food counter is abandoned and I waited more than 30 minutes for a food order. To top it off, the bathroom was disgustingly dirty with human feces alll over the toilet and floor.

Slowest service yet! Wait time to order is about 20 minutes and for the food/drinks to arrive even slower. Only 2 workers behind the counter and they are moving at glacial speeds.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Hands down worst service out of ANY tim hortons in all of nova scotia. Will not take orders for over half hour and then become rude when asked why no orders are being taken when the line is out past the doors. Stood in line for just under an hour to not be seved at all.

So incredibly slow. Between the three staff, they had the efficiency and wherewithal of a toddler. It took forever, and the order in front of me was a black coffee and a donut.

Standard TH atmosphere, but seem to run out of things all the time. I go about once/week over the last few months, and they are always out of something. It's not even consistent, sometimes they're out of pop, other times sandwich bread, etc.
Would appreciate if the service person CAN work with more ATTENTION, e.g. read the order info carefully. Ordered a bagel with tomato add-on but got one with non tomato slices. It’s not the first time.

The staff was rude and disrespectful.They all made an 11 year old cry.They gave her attitude.0/10.They were horrible.3:12pm the staff on Thursday August 1.three staff members.They shouldn’t be working here.It was the kids first time ordering and they were horrible.This was the only tim Hortons with this horrible service.Wolfville tim Hortons.I wish people were able to be kind.Especially staff!This is a family place kids,adults and seniors come here.Don’t come here.the person who did the worst was a Female,late reddish dark coloured bun.Short hair..pale tan ish skin…Thursday August1 2024..3:12 pm .
