I’m not usually one to write bad reviews, but genuinely it’s disheartening how the workers here treat the customers.
I will say the lady this morning on the bagel belt was very kind and kept a smile on her face.
The other bigger lady is always extremely rude to customers, she does not act or look happy to be there, I get that, but that’s not my responsibility as a customer. I shouldn’t have to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and then have someone act like I’m the worst person on earth for asking for it politely because you forgot it (again, I understand it gets busy, but this is a frequent problem that doesn’t just affect me.)
I’ve been to this location on other days where they all scream at each other, and shame call customer’s name out loud for simply checking on their missing items.
I’m not asking for workers to be super happy and bright, but it takes a lot more work to be intentionally rude.
I hope that you can find your happiness, because obviously things are not okay.

I am a student in the area and I typically go to this Tim Hortons for breakfast after my morning class. I understand this is usually a busy time of the day, but I waited 25 minutes for a wrap and an iced cap. And once I got my food it was the wrong order anyways. This isn’t the first time this has happened; a lot of the time I go to this Tim Hortons they end up being out of sausage, eggs, and even hash browns. But they only tell you that they’re out of certain things after you’ve ordered your food so I’m left with a wrap that has lettuce extra cheese and a piece of chicken. I’m a student that doesn’t have much money to begin with, so when I go to Tim’s I’m just asking for my proper order in a timely matter. I don’t think that it is a specific staff problem, But more so the amount of staff working. They need more hands on deck if they want better results.

Love this wolfville Tim’s . It’s friendly and precise when ordering. My order is fast and the morning staff is so great. They offer up, my only fee is always correct and the coffee is fresh

Don't be publicly writing a workers name for all to see, slow or fast she's polite to all her customers, she's a hard worker and a wonderful mom to a young child who's a very busy little young individual, So if you think you can do better than go apply for a job there and improve the business otherwise choose another Tim Hortons in another town. Bye bye.

Billie Jean is the slowest worker I have ever seen, when there is a line out the door there is no reason to be moving at freaking turtle pace. Not to mention how all the workers are constantly screaming at each other. I would hardly consider this “fast” food and waiting 25 minutes for a bagel is outrageous. Atleast pretend to try.

Is the young man server (with curly hair) enjoying his holiday? He is taking too long for looking at the online orders, making drinks and discussing with the customers, while there is a long waiting line. Why am I place an online order and then have been waited almost 15 minutes for picking up? Of course he also doesn’t know how to make drinks too. Please train all of the serves carefully, since I have seen most of them working with the attitude

Went there one day and they didn't have much of a selection, so chose to have the apple fritter, noticed there were some kind of flies all over the fritters. Told the guy he should not be selling these at all. Will never go back here. Just turned me off from Tim's.
