“I just got home from Wendy's. I went in to buy 3 baconators and a spicy chicken burger. A lady named Rhonda was at the counter talking to 2 customers that were already served. She yelled to the lady who was out cleaning "You have a guest". The lady was finishing what she was doing, which was fine by me, and yet Rhonda yelled again "You have a guest", turns around, walks away from the counter and says (which im guessing she didn't think i heard) "I'm not waiting on her!" and proceeded to go into the back with the cooks. I could not believe she was so rude to do that. I have gone to Wendy's before and have never had any trouble, but let me tell you, if that happens again, I will be calling Rhonda out on her rude BS. Absolutely, 100% unacceptable. I have worked in retail and the food industry, and her attitude is not acceptable behavior!! Without customers, she would not have a job..she could certainly show more respect then walking away. #NotAHappyCustomer!!“

“We had the best experience today, June 11th. We were picking up about 25 meals for a school trip, and the staff and supervisor helped us with so much kindness and patience. And the orders were all correct and they helped box up and carry everything to our vehicle. The staff and students from Lakeview Academy are very thankful! Keep up the awesome work!“

“I’ve got to give props to this Taco Bell. As someone who is from Yarmouth but lives in Halifax now, I ALWAYS make a stop at this TB when I’m home. The staff has been there for years and takes their jobs seriously and you can tell they take pride in what they hand over to their customers. My hard shell tacos were perfectly layered, crispy and most importantly, not broken! Try one of the horrible Halifax locations and you will see the difference! Only complaint is the restaurant itself is sometimes messy from customers who are too lazy to put away their own garbage. I’m sure staff get to it when time permits, but I also know companies like this aren’t paying a dedicated busboy to keep tables cleaned constantly. Great job Yarmouth team! I always look forward to my feed of tacos and fries supreme when I’m home and you haven’t disappointed yet!!“
