The customer service is terrible, they yelled at me for not purchasing an item while waiting for my friend in the bathroom, unfortunately they were also serving a customer at this time so this made me think to warn people, one of the ladies is very snippy and don’t be startled if she yells at a random person during your order. she also went to talk to another worker about me in an unprofessional manner, not asking for advice but talking down about me. Overall a belittling unpleasant experience.

My husband Matt and I decided to spend a day of our honeymoon in Yarmouth. We stumbled upon Jake's and we're so glad we did. We were immediately greeted by a friendly face and a delicious aroma. While we were deciding Joey came out of the back to personally greet us. The place was very clean and service was speedy. The food was the real highlight though. We both had seafood. The clams were whole and plentiful. The fish was lightly breaded and cooked just right. It was so good we decided to go back and get pizza to take back to our rental. The donair and meat pizza didn't disappoint. It's hard to find places like this anymore where food is made with love and isn't just an assembly line

It a hit or miss these days compared to years ago I find more of a fail with the execution of things in my opinion

I stopped going because I had bad experience there and I am not one to complain, anyway my daughter said mom give it another try , so I did it order a 18 inch garlic fingers with cheese and bacon bits , I was so disappointed most of it got tossed in the garbage so my money went down the drain , there was hardly any cheese and the fingers were quite well done as in hard , I was hoping for better food this time .

I'm never disappointed when I come home to visit and order my favorite Super Donair JD Style. The meat is overflowing and so tasty! Great service and always delicious!

Ordered last night through their online ordering service.
Said on the website, would confirm order, which never happened.
I had to order something else than what I wanted, as I could not add gravy separately except with a burger.
Tried to call and was not answered. Ordered burger, fries, and gravy - With delivery and tax came to just over $20. That seems expensive. ($17 for the meal, $2.75 for powder gravy in a 3oz cup.)
The website said orders were about an hour, which was fine with me, as I assumed that when the delivery person left the restaurant, I would be first drop off, as I was located 1.5blocks away on Main st.
I must have been the last drop off, because when I got my food it was stone cold, and the burger was not cooked thoroughly, though it was thick.

Overall, super disappointed, as I've been here previously and had okay food.

Will not be ordering again.
