“This is my second time staying at the hotel and eating at Mamaqtuq, and it delivered once again. The staff were attentive and friendly, and everything from the kitchen was hot, fresh and delicious. I even managed to catch Arctic Char as the dinner special for the win! The restaurant is lively in the summer months, also with bar seating for lingering lounge-style.”

“It's an airport cafe.But it's a pretty good airport cafe.People actually come out here for lunch on work days. It's good enough to go to the airport during your lunch break!I had an impressive beef dip, the fries were good. The cans of pop were not outrageously priced.If I'd known about this little gem earlier in my trip I would have come out here too.”

“Honestly, it was a great surprise to find this place in Inuvik as we arrived after all the other restaurants were closed or closing. The service was top-notch and the food even better. Every dish we were served bypassed every expectation we had of it.

We loved the salt and pepper chicken wings, the beef chop suey, ooh and the ginger beef - so good! The poutine - yes, please! If you've never had fried rice then try it here. Those who like an Italian treat, chicken lasagna will hit the spot.

Ok now let's just say that Nadir and Wanjiku helped with our order and made it so that we got what we craved.
