“While chasing the Northern Lights in Yellowknife, I stumbled upon Red Apple Restaurant — it turned out to be the warmest meal of my entire trip!
The food was delicious and perfect for the cold weather. It warmed me up from the inside out! The service was also very friendly and made me feel right at home. After a hearty meal, I was recharged and ready to go aurora hunting — such a perfect arrangement!
Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yellowknife!“

“If you want to try Chinese or Hong Kong style food in Yellowknife, this is the best one. The taste of cuisine is very closed to local Hong Kong food. Service is excellent. Highly recommend salty fish with chicken fried rice, beef fried noddles, sweet and sour pork..etc.“

“Good local joint. We came here for breakfast, but I think the place mainly shines on its asian food. It’s asian owned so it would make sense!
But it’s alright for breakfast, just expect it to not be the best, obviously, as they don’t specialise in it.“

“Food was really great we ordered stir fried veg noodles …the spice level was perfect. I also want to mention Christina and Tina for their great service. They were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. Overall, I enjoyed my visit.“
