We didn't experience any of the issues some reviewers seem to have trouble with. The service was just fine, our waitress was very nice. The food came out quickly and it was delicious.We had the Deep Fried White Fish, which is the special on Fridays. It was nice and flaky and while the Haddock is cheaper and a larger portion, the White Fish is locally sourced and the Haddock is not.We also had The Works Poutine, which was super tasty. It looks difficult to enter from the outside, but once you're inside, it's a cheerful pub. There was a Scottish Rangers flag on display, so I guess it was a Scottish pub. It's a relaxed space where you can enjoy food, beer, and communicate with locals.

The Niven lake blue lagoon is ok. I didn’t ask for the double shot but they ordered it for me. The drink didn’t taste like double shot was added. It’s sweet. The donair bites were good. Maybe they put a bit too much pepper so it’s a bit spicy but in general tastes good. The waitress seemed to just do her job but was not super nice.
