El Valle serves delicious food at a great price. Their tacos, including the Al Pastor Tacos, are a highlight. The staff is courteous, friendly, and provides awesome and quick service. This hidden gem is a great place to stop and eat, whether arriving or leaving Ash Meadow or passing through the area. El Valle is a gem in the middle of nowhere, serving no-nonsense delicious food. Customers enjoyed the Al Pastor Tacos, beef fajitas, chicken diablo, egg enchiladas, Enchiladas Montadas, Burrito, and Torta Adobada. They also enjoyed Churros with Piña Jarritos. The service was amazing and made their trip.
