Yummy. Made fresh on the spot so it took a few minutes to be served. Well worth the wait.
Home made Mexican burritos are great.

What a great little spot! In a town with very few food options, it was so nice to find Sandra’s. It’s a food truck, let’s be honest. But, it’s parked in a permanent spot, with set hours, outdoor tables & chairs, etc. Feels more like a small restaurant. The food was excellent. We had the street tacos with chicken, and a burrito with pork. Delicious.

I guess it depends on what you're comparing it to. To say there is a covered patio is exaggeration. There are a few tables thrown together with wobbly chairs. The food was good, but I wasn't sure about the sanitary conditions in the preparation area.
It is what you would expect to find in a very small town in the desert. In that setting, it's pretty good.

Sandra and her restaurant/rental villas are wonderful. We booked super last minute and were so delighted by her space . Close to Great Basin and dog friendly :) We’ll be back for sure!

Sandra’s is great! We couldn’t find anything else open one day so tried it out. The veggie tostados and burritos were soooooo fresh. We came back for a second time because it was so good!

Sandra is friendly and patient. The food items we ordered (veggie bean tacos, veggie potato tacos, birria tacos, chicken tacos and MORE) were all delicious and freshly made. If you’re looking for flavorful, authentic Mexican food - this is the spot! Highly recommend.

Sandra’s is a hug on a plate. I got my chicken burrito to go and she wrapped it so nicely, it was still perfectly hot when I got back to where I was staying. It really hit the spot!

Sandra's is my favorite place to grab a bite in Baker. It is a food truck, but has tables and awning. The food is fantastic and the owners are great people!

So thankful for the amazing people in this little town — truly some of the kindest we’ve ever met.

We had to leave a hotel near the Utah-Nevada border because the cabin smelled like smoke and mold, the toilet was broken, and the kitchen didn’t work. Out of options, we drove to Baker, hoping for a miracle.

Both inns were full, but the lovely owner of Stargazer Inn sent us to her friend Sandra’s taco truck — they had cabins for rent. Sandra welcomed us with a key to check it out, and it was perfect: clean, cozy, modern, and right inside Great Basin National Park. Her family was so kind and helpful — even her son came over to greet us while working.

Didn’t get to try the tacos, but the place was busy and smelled incredible. This town turned a rough night into something we’ll never forget. Thank you

For just one person working, it's amazing she can manage. Patience may be required but you'll get service and it's a lovely setting. My only criticism is that my burrito was a bit to salty.
