“We had a problem with an order not being completed a few months ago, I spoke with a waitress, got bounced around to another person and finally spoke with Sarah in an office. She listened to my complaints and completely solved my problem. I have to admit I was really aggressive and was surprised she actually listened without hanging up on me.
