We had a problem with an order not being completed a few months ago, I spoke with a waitress, got bounced around to another person and finally spoke with Sarah in an office. She listened to my complaints and completely solved my problem. I have to admit I was really aggressive and was surprised she actually listened without hanging up on me. Because of this, I will continue to give the Owl my business every time I pass through town. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Got suck in Battle mountain due to hurricane Hillary. Won 100$ and had the best steak and lobster dinner ever!. best 70$ ever spent [ casino paid ] drinks were good and staff was even better! I highly recommend!

The chicken noodle soup is highly recommended—it's not salty and includes homemade noodles. The restaurant also serves homemade pies, such as chocolate cream pie and blueberry pie, which are super yummy with wonderful crust. The food portions are great for the price, and the presentation is impressive. The atmosphere is very chill, with friendly staff providing prompt and attentive service. While cigarette smoke may drift in occasionally, sitting in the room with the salad bar helps. The Owl Club is a local hangout known for its affordable prices and great service, making it a place many look forward to visiting every time they pass through town. The staff, including Sarah in the office, are attentive and helpful, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
