You have to keep in mind, you're in Battle Mountain, NV. This spot isn't perfect, but boy is it good! Just moving here to northern NV from southern CA, I've had some good Chinese cuisine and was looking for it here in NV. The place we have in Winnemucca is not even worth trying, it really is that bad. So I had high hopes for Ming Dynasty. The veggie chow main was excellent. But the other dishes were really spicy, when we asked for a little spice. When we asked for a non spicy replacement, they brouggt us another option. And charged us for both. There was a old building smell almost like a d person home.

The gal who works this restaurant is fantastic! I couldn’t believe how hard she works to serve her customers. Her authentic Chinese-American food is delicious! She provides a clean atmosphere and very prompt service.
