We've stopped here a few times now in our travels. The Fries are just right...hot, perfectly salted, delicious. Friendly service, and the person was working hard but joyfully. It was clean and the food was great! Stopped here Sunday Jan 3rd around 11:15 or so. In the middle of long stretches with few restaurants, we are grateful for this golden arches. Keep up the good work!

So I made an order and they refunded it because it was missing items I went back in good faith a second time to eat and it was missing items again they never get it right I asked the manager for a replacement order and Serena told me to come in once I got there sodumn the district manager told me she already gave a refund for the first order and won’t help the second order even though I was told to come in to make it right. This location can never get it right she was extremely rude and has no customer service I just wanted the food I paid for how can you get it wrong twice and managers contradict each other i guess they want to lose local customers word of mouth here is important guess ill chargeback and the location will get a bank fee

I am physically disabled and after standing for 5 minutes at the counter I still was not served. So I left.

There was hair in my food this morning (11/25/2025). There was a decent wait since 1 of the 2 kiosks were not functioning as well. The person who took our order grabbed a container by the drink fountains that had raisins or something similar in a plastic pack, 1 of them fell out in the lobby, she picked it up of the dirty floor walked behind the register and place it back into the container on her way into the kitchen area.

Over the last 2 weeks I've gone through the drive-thru 3 times at around 5:15-5:30am. Lights were on, employee cars outside and everything. Sat there for about 5 minutes waiting for service and no one ever comes over the speaker!! It just happened again this morning. As I'm pulling away because no one came over the speaker I look at the drive-thru window low and behold there's an employee at the computer!!! Extremely frustrating the consistent lack of service from this location.

I don't know why but last 3 times getting a double quarter pounder the meat isn't drained and its gross. I usually meat fries first so they aren't colder but cant bc then the bottom bun is soggy. Think im done going there

I came today Monday October 13th around 3:45 and ordered a Big Mac they served in 2 minutes max . When I started eating it burger patties were cold and kind of dark and my frys were cold and darker color too. With that being said my food wasn’t fresh at all , I hate to leave bad review but I wished I knew before stopping here today about this young lazy fellas for the bad service they provide . My advice for everyone if you hungry in this area just go to taco truck across st or one block ahead there’s subway. I would not coming back to this location never again!

Disappointed as we were having problems with the kiosk and couldn’t get anyone to acknowledge us and when we did she seemed upset and really wasn’t happy… we left as did others.
