McDonald's Battle Mountain

You are guaranteed no matter how many customers there are in drive through to be sent to a parking spot to wait for your order
Almost never do you get your order at the drive through window. Even if no one is behind you.
On at least 3 occasions I waited over 20 minutes in the parking spot then had to go inside to get the ball rolling. Even then it took more time.
In the last 2 years this McDonald's has gone to hell.

It's a McDonalds, not much to say other than that. Service was decent. They had every drive thru order parking in a mobile spot, no matter how big the order was. I'm sure this was to ensure they had good drive thru times, which is fine. Food was okay, it's quick and not so cheap anymore.

Great service, friendly. Very clean and fast. Food was as expected by McDonald's and that is why we go there. Consistency.

It took forever to get our order. While we waited they got every order wrong and demanded a receipt. Then when we got our order we were told they were out apple slices and substituted fries. They forgot a happy meal and we had to pull the order back up on our phone to prove it and it took a minute to do while we had tired hungry kids and they wanted to see everything we got. We didn't even leave the counter with our order but they wanted the receipt. Like we hid a happy meal while they were in front of us. We will never go there agian

This McDonald's is consistently the worse I've ever been. I've never gotten great service or good food here. Fries or sandwiches are always cold. Takes forever to get your order, and the interior is never fully clean. I avoid this particular restaurant whenever possible. Was hoping to get a quick bite this time and was disappointed to see it be the same as it always is. The only consistency here is that it's consistently bad.

Clean, friendly staff, quick order. Small restaurant but food was fresher than our bigger place in Fortuna, CA.

All my food was cold and it was just made supposedly. The place looked like it was closed to begin with, but I got out of my car and found the doors unlocked. Myself and the workers were the only ones there!

I placed an order for two sausage cheese mcmuffins and was waiting on it over 20 minutes. when I walked in to see what was taking so long it had already been sitting on the counter at least 10 minutes. It wasn't even the right order!

No one ever came on the drive thru order to place our order. We finally went inside and waited over 30 minutes to finally order & get our food.

The people were rude. The food wasn't what we ordered and everything was soggy and cold. The fries were cold. The burgers were raw and soaked fully with grease.
