Served us a great breakfast. Very basic items. Classically American breakfast which is what we are looking for. It was enjoyable. Lots of old photos inside and decorated well.

Well, the atmosphere is quite nice for a small diner in a small rural city.
But I don't agree to other comments who celebrate the food at this place.
Each Denny's serves better omeletts, better pancakes and better coffee.
In my opinion the price performance ratio is ok but not more.

We always have to stop here when driving from Bishop to Vegas. You can't beat the charm and hearty cooking.
We often get the pancakes which are cooked perfectly, but be warned that they are huge! 2 pancakes are plenty, trust me. :)

Went in for breakfast on my way out of town after visiting for Beatty Days. The woman working there walked past our table twice to give menus to people who came in after us. Don’t know why, but that is rude and no way to run a restaurant so I made a comment loud enough for staff and patrons to hear as I left.
Me and a coworker happened to order chicken steak w/eggs, hashbrown and biscuit and gravy. To say the least...biscuit was burnt, hash brown was bitter and steak finger was extra hard. Eggs were good and edible. An extra charge of $2.25 for the 3 styrofoam container they used. DO NOT ORDER THESE ITEMS. Literally was not edible!
