“The brisket was good but not great. I felt that it could've been a bit more smoky and tender, but I live in Missouri and have high standards for bbq. The restaurant is very clean and definitely better than Subway/Denny's in town or the restaurants in Death Valley.”
“Perfect stop for breakfast on the road from Vegas to Reno! We had a wonderful breakfast at Gemas Cafe after finding it on our long route through Nevada. The omelets were perfectly fluffy and full of delicious ingredients. We also got toast and sides of fruit which were very filling! A great value for breakfast! Happy to stop here again on our next journey, definitely worth looking for if you are driving through!”
“i had the breakfast burrito! The iced americano with hazelnut and strawberry Italian soda! And, i really like to go to places where nice people work. i love this place and love the people. i stopped by, on way back to Seattle and am glad i met these beautiful people.”
“Food was done pretty fast, it tasted really good, the guy working there was nice.Te flies were annoying, but you can't really hold that against them too much.”
“Small cozy place. When I was there for breakfast on a Saturday morning there was only one person working the seating area and one cool one duty, so service was a little slow when it got busy (all tables full), but the server did well for being a high schooler by themselves. Food was good. Got the eggs Benedict. Little light on the potatoes, little heavy on the hollandaise but good flavors otherwise. Prices were good and coffee was very freshly brewed. Will go back next time I'm in the area”
“This place is a gem! My son and I had breakfast here while visiting Death Valley. Great food and very reasonable prices. Recommend if you are ever in Beatty, NV.”
“Carlos and ruby are rocking it The best pancakes i've ever had perfectly Cooked hash Browns, crispy bacon. The best atmosphere I could ever ask for very clean very efficient and fast. Service Is the best ever at any denny's ever. Service was quick and efficient with coffee on the table. Super triple thumbs up”
“We were part of an unexpected rush on a Sunday night, and we had to wait for our order; but we understood the situation. We ordered wings and fries. And the wait was absolutely worth it! We had the garlic parmesan wings and they were simply amazing! The sauce was excellent, and the wings were cooked to crispy perfection. The fries were the same, done perfectly, seasoned perfectly, and piping hot. I will absolutely eat here again when I am in town!”
“Subway is Subway in my opinion, the food is consistent at most Subways that I've been to. That said, what made this one stand out was the service received. More specifically the manager of this store Daniel. He went above and beyond to accommodate my group of eleven. I spoke to him the night before about what I needed, he informed his morning employee (who was new), and had her give him a call when I arrived with the order, so he could come in on his day off to assist her with fulfilling the order. My hat is off to him, and the owner of this location should be proud & thrilled to have him on board. Solid!”
“Solid chili and chili dogs, exceptionally welcoming staff, friendly patrons, and clean restrooms. It was my fault to expect some cute, kid-friendly place. If you don't mind adult-friendly decorations, I highly recommend this place. A little and very fitting gem at the gateway to Death Valley National Park!Vegetarian options: Crackers and beer, but not chili.Dietary restrictions: They make it very clear that the chili is not GF.Parking: There is a casino parking lot across the street. Also there are street parking spots along the road. No designated parking lot, but there is no need for it.Kid-friendliness: There is an antique chastity belt hanging on the wall. I guess I don't need to add more.?Wheelchair accessibility: Not accessible.”
