My husband and I were on a road trip and googled restaurants in beatty, NV, because it would be too late to eat once we got to our destination. A few places came up, but my husband wanted pizza and the picture we saw of theirs looked great. The staff was very welcoming as were the patrons. The pizza was delicious. The ingredients were thick and very filling... we got a 16” and gave about a third of it away. Would’ve been great to stay a little longer, but we had to get back...read full review

World Famous Sourdough Saloon is a great little spot with a friendly atmosphere. Guests praise the good beer selection and incredible food, noting you cannot go wrong for the money and quality. The menu features delicious homemade food, including sourdough pizza, calzones, and sublime macaroni and cheese bites, all made from scratch by the chef. Homemade cheesecake and brownies are also highly recommended. The saloon offers pool, chess, and hockey, plus a separate family space where kids can play. The staff is super friendly and helpful, with special mentions of a bartender who handled a busy night amazingly well. While there can be a staff shortage when it gets busy, the vibe remains completely chill. A hidden gem for homemade food, this is a highly recommended stop for anyone visiting the area or coming off a long day at Death Valley.
