Stopped in around 10:30 am on Saturday. Bighorn is located within the Boulder City casino and lodge complex. First, even though the place wasn't busy took us about 10 minutes for someone to come and seat us. Were joined by another 6-8 people that had the same wait times. Once we were seated took us at least another half hour to get our food. Very slow! Food was OK. Had the French toast plus bacon and fruit cup. French toast was hot and tasty. However, bacon was too crispy and on the burnt side and fruit wasn't too fresh. The melon was a little soft meaning not fresh. My guest had been there before and enjoyed his 1/3 pound Bighorn burger and fries. Comfortable and well air conditioned. Would rate Bighorn average at best and would try other breakfast options in town again.

This is Father's Day. Me, my wife, and two little kids waited for food 1 hour and 10 minutes. 50% tables are empty. Your staff said - no body works on the kitchen today. Are you seriously??? Hey, managers, 90% of your employees are 60+ y.o. Nobody works on the kitchen. You pay 10/hour or?? Rise up hours rates for employees. Food is very good but you need to do something with your employees. You need more. More energy peoples. You are ONLY ONE restaurant in the 17 stage hotel. You are doing your business really badly. Do you know what?? - this situation is happening every year.

Really not sure what happened this visit; normally this place is phenomenal. Waited more than 5 minutes to be seated so we seated ourselves. Waited 20 minutes more before we were acknowledged by the waitstaff, but only after I stood up for several minutes to get their attention. Received our food 47 minutes after arriving. Another couple who arrived 10 minutes after us were paying their bill before we were served our orders. 1 hour & 40 minutes to eat brunch from start to finish. Hopefully others will not have the same experience we did this time, and I will give this place another chance sometime in the future.

The food was wonderful, I recommend the Swiss burger and chicken sandwich with their unique fries, which were delicious . James, our server, was fantastic and made sure we were satisfied. Excellent prices!!!! It's in the casino and easy to find. Plenty of outside parking and indoor seating, Public restrooms and everything was clean. We will definitely be back.

Michael was our server and must have come from a high end restaurant because he was very professional!Best sourdough club sandwich and home made twisty fries! Shared a side salad with my husband and it was not from a bag. Best blue cheese I've ever had.
Parking: Pulled in for a much needed rest in our motorhome and ended up staying the night. Beautiful view of Lake Mead too.

The breakfast here is reasonably priced and really good! Shay was our waitress, she was very nice and attentive. Eggs were cooked perfectly and pancakes were some of the best I've ever had.
