Lucky to travel...we stumbled across this place. We enjoyed the subs so much we located other locations closer to our winter location. The Italian sub is incredible!...numerous different sizes to choose from. We loved it!

I don’t know why this place gets poor reviews-it’s really good! My family of four ordered sandwiches to take on a Lake Mead boating trip. Everyone ordered a different type of sandwich and everyone was pleased. Usually, someone is unhappy with their choice. In fact, after 6 hours of swimming and being pulled on a float, everyone isn’t hungry at all and we have two teenage boys who are always hungry.

It's a takeout sandwich joint with great food. I'm all about the cheesesteak (with hot and sweet peppers). My wife is locked into the wagyu beef French dip with grilled onions. Several other sandwiches are offered, and I've certainly enjoyed the Italian Sub. But did I mention the exceptional cheesesteak...

Maybe the experience of a bone in my Bobbie sandwich turned me off, but it was more the attitude there that this happens all the time and no big deal. It was large enough to have choked on or broken a tooth. I expected, at the least, a coupon for later or remake the sandwich. I won't be going here again. The floor was all torn up and the place was not comfortable overall to sit and eat.

Although the previous reviews posted poorly, I thought I'd check it out for myself. The staff was kind and helpful. The sandwich was delicious, not dry at all! The place was clean and relaxed. Overall the place was exactly as it should be if you are looking for a sandwich.

I will always love this place. However, the last 5 years that ive been ordering here, the notes we put on online orders are always missed. 5 stars if they start reading the notes!
Worst sandwich ever. Ordered turkey with lettuce, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers with oil and vinegar. Turkey was not sliced but bunched up with no taste. They forgot the hot peppers and vinegar! Should have known something was up when I realized you can’t see them making the sandwich (they literally make the sandwich behind a barrier) and they only offer white bread rolls. To top it off they charged me $12 for this monstrousity.

1/2 the meat, twice the amount of bread and the entire sandwich is still only 3/4 the size it used to be. Must have sold the franchise to someone looking to cut costs. I'm done with them.

I haven't been to a Capriattis in several years. I found myself wanting to try the one sandwich I had in the past. HOT BOBBIE! I wasn't sure if they were open. No open sign. Front door was filthy!! WHEN I GOT MY SANDWICH IT HARDLY HAD ANY TURKEY, MOSTLY STUFFING. I WAS ABOUT TO GO BACK BECAUSE I COULDN'T TASTE THE CRANBERRY SAUCE. I THOUGHT THEY FORGOT IT. I OPENED THE SANDWICH AND LITERALLY HAD TO COMB THROUGH THE SANDWICH TO FOUND ONE STRING SIZE RED STREAK, NO ACTUAL CRANBERRIES OR MAYO. DRY AS F++! NEVER AGAIN!! DON'T CONTACT ME, I WON'T COME BACK!
