Maybe the experience of a bone in my Bobbie sandwich turned me off, but it was more the attitude there that this happens all the time and no big deal. It was large enough to have choked on or broken a tooth. I expected, at the least, a coupon for later or remake the sandwich. I won't be going here again. The floor was all torn up and the place was not comfortable overall to sit and eat.

Although the previous reviews posted poorly, I thought I'd check it out for myself. The staff was kind and helpful. The sandwich was delicious, not dry at all! The place was clean and relaxed. Overall the place was exactly as it should be if you are looking for a sandwich.

I will always love this place. However, the last 5 years that ive been ordering here, the notes we put on online orders are always missed. 5 stars if they start reading the notes!

I love Capriotti's, although I've only have a few of their sandwiches. They have a catering pack, I've had several. But when I go, 99% of the time I'm getting The Bobbie. Yes it's that amazing. This location is clean, neat, staffed with a crew of amazing ladies that take your order and have your sandwich done before you can finish looking around. Everyone needs to eat here, it's that good.

Love the choices of subs. We used to go to subway but have been very disappointed lately. I also love the salads. We order a line and. OST of the time the order is ready upon arrival.

Worst sandwich ever. Ordered turkey with lettuce, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers with oil and vinegar. Turkey was not sliced but bunched up with no taste. They forgot the hot peppers and vinegar! Should have known something was up when I realized you can’t see them making the sandwich (they literally make the sandwich behind a barrier) and they only offer white bread rolls. To top it off they charged me $12 for this monstrousity.

They will mess up your take out order 100% of the time. Been there once a month for the last year and I'm to the point where I don't even wanna order because they'll either completely forget to put your order in, give you someone else's order, or just totally ruin it. Make sure you check it before you leave. We even tip well and they still somehow just don't know whats going on. Plz capriottis you can be so good but when we ask for sweet peppers and you give us the hottest peppers in the world or give us cheese when we tell you we are allergic... IDK lol.

1/2 the meat, twice the amount of bread and the entire sandwich is still only 3/4 the size it used to be. Must have sold the franchise to someone looking to cut costs. I'm done with them.

I haven't been to a Capriattis in several years. I found myself wanting to try the one sandwich I had in the past. HOT BOBBIE! I wasn't sure if they were open. No open sign. Front door was filthy!! WHEN I GOT MY SANDWICH IT HARDLY HAD ANY TURKEY, MOSTLY STUFFING. I WAS ABOUT TO GO BACK BECAUSE I COULDN'T TASTE THE CRANBERRY SAUCE. I THOUGHT THEY FORGOT IT. I OPENED THE SANDWICH AND LITERALLY HAD TO COMB THROUGH THE SANDWICH TO FOUND ONE STRING SIZE RED STREAK, NO ACTUAL CRANBERRIES OR MAYO. DRY AS F++! NEVER AGAIN!! DON'T CONTACT ME, I WON'T COME BACK!

The sandwiches are made in a timely manner; however the young servers could be more attentive, alert and enthusiastic. It is a good place if passing by the town and in need of something to eat at an affordable price in a convenient location. Sadly, unlike other Capriotti's, this one is not the best but it is a clean place and has tables to eat. Make sure you let them know if you want toasted bred and what kind of bred because most times they forget to ask. The location usually has nice music.

Capriotti's locations are known for good food. Boulder City Location (not Railroad Pass): Employees are helpful when I've visited. BUT THIS LOCATION IS FILTHY, NOT MAINTAINED, STARTING AT THE ENTRANCE. It was like this when I first visited 3 years ago. I leave grossed out and somehow return every 6 months. Today: Years of oily dripped food stain the entry concrete. There's no "open" sign visible and windows tinted + no posted hours means I must touch the yucky looking door to find out if it's locked in the late morning hours. The business hours digits have peeled off to illegible, and doors and window graphics look dirty and faded. Side/back door also is ick. Inside conditions were better than the entry, but in late morning with an empty store none of the tables look like they're wiped down and the floor under the tables looks the same. My food tasted fine but it's clear whoever owns this location doesn't have a budget for power washing or keeping the outside nice or functional. It reflects poorly on the food and service when a place looks gross. Show your business and our community some love, would you?

Love the food but the owner needs to step it up and get the a/c fixed and the speakers fixed , employees shouldn't have to work in the heat with the wage they are getting
