We stopped by for drinks and apps and they did not disappoint! My martini was delicious (thanks Destiny) and the chicken pate was excellent!

This place gets busy and you’ll know why when you try their food. It was my first trying them out so I had to try a little of everything. Lots of tables inside, patio seating, a bar, billiards and tv in the back. Lots of free parking available all around. It can get loud inside depending how many people are there. The noise outside was more from the cars driving by and the pedestrians.

Great place! Very comfortable ambience (no blaring tv’s), even a pool table behind the bar. Tried a cup of leek and potato soup, served with a portion of incredibly fresh bread, and a pepper steak pasty (only because they were already sold out of the Original and Guinness Stew options). Fantastic service. Definitely need a few visits to try more of the menu. Bonus a half cooked alternative for take out that you can finish at home in your oven.

My husband had been wanting to try this place so we had lunch. Cute place and good location with lots of shopping around. The portions are very generous. (Next time we will share a plate.) I had the baked chicken with potatoes. I would get this again.

The pasty's were quite good, especially the Cuban one. However it did take quite a while to order and another pretty long wait to get our food. Maybe they were busy or short staffed but I'm not sure. I'd recommend going, but it would be better to go if you're not in a rush.

The interior is a delight, and the idea is nice, as an Irish woman the food is below par, I had a nicer burger next door at the brewery. The bangers were one large sausage that was definitely a German blend of spices and not a traditional Irish or English sausage. The chips were greasy and soft maybe oil is not hot enough, the veg appeared to be frozen stuff, and the price point was just way too high.A pastie is a working mans snack, shouldn't cost $16 without a side. The atmosphere was good and they have plenty of happy customers, it just wasn't for me
