We stopped at the Boulder City NV location. The blizzards really made our drive more relaxing. The seating could use newer flooring, etc.

I’d like to start off by saying that this was not a great experience. Wasn’t 1 star worthy, nor 5 star.First off, entered and noticed that the employees were talking to eachother and not doing any work. Super unprofessional.Then, they took forever to come and help us at the counter. Not a big deal though because I came in with someone who had never been to a DQ before and I was trying to explain the menu.(We were not in the way of any customers because there weren’t any the whole time we were there.)Next, they kept saying “are you ready yet?” To which I kept replying “no we’re not gonna be ready for a minute. I’m reading the menu.” Super annoying when they keep coming up to me. I know it’s their job but like come on. Do something to keep yourself busy while I read the freaking menu.Then, we ordered. A little while later we got out blizzards. I asked if I could get a sundae cup lid on mine because it was way overfilled and they were confused on what I was talking about. They were acting like I was speaking another language or something. Not to mention, my blizzard wasn’t mixed at all and it was MELTED!!!!! I wanted to throw it at them and make my own. I could do better than that.(The sundae cup lids fit on the blizzard cups.)Whoever is training these wacko employees needs to do better because they clearly don’t know the difference between a simple lid.Very unsatisfied. You know what? After writing this review, I’ve decided to go from 3 to 2 stars. Good luck DQ. Pls get some better employees. And for gods sake, please don’t find some randos on the street to employ.

Honestly sad to see how this place has gone downhill. I worked here as a teenager a decade ago and it was always in pristine condition. Now, a trainwreck. It's dirty. The kids working there don't care about anything either. Our experience began with them putting our blizzards on top of our hot food in the bag which you'd think would be common sense NOT to do that since the ice cream will melt sitting on top of hot food Then they weren't paying attention and missed our daughter's ice cream cone. So we had to exit the drive thru to prevent making the people behind us wait even longer than they already had and go back thru drive thru AGAIN to get her cone. Then, they got our blizzards mixed up. They had my blizzard as a medium and his a small when it should've been the other way around. Then when we had finally made it to the window and asked for all of this to be fixed; she asked me to park on the side to wait for our new blizzards. At this point, we said no and we would wait in drive-thru since we had already gone through it TWICE. I will give props to the girl at the window the SECOND time we went around (brunette with lashes) as she stayed calm in the situation. The first girl tho, she was wearing glasses, very rude and poor attitude. Kiddos, please do better. Your job would be a lot less frustrating if you did it correctly the first time. One mistake is okay, but consistent mistakes just creates a headache for everybody. Completely disappointed. Especially considering it's the same owner I used to work for 12 years ago. What a sh!tshow of a place.

Nicely located in Boulder city kind of small business establishment but I gotta give it to there team though cause I went during a rush hour with a extremely full drive through and pretty full lobby as well and me and friend were able to walk in order,get our order in about 10 mins or a little less and then leave and not have to fight a hectic parking lot trying to get out to the main highway to head back to Henderson so overall that's why I give 4 out of 5 for the little store that could the small but mighty.

Went in to use the Dairy Queen app, first they said their scanner wasn’t working, I asked when they thought it would be fixed. They then said they didn’t have one. They clearly didn’t want to take the app, just tell me that, don’t lie.
