Food Sensitivities- Beware. I want to start by saying that I appreciate the hard work and passion that goes into running a small, local bakery. I’ve enjoyed stopping in and supporting this business in the past.
That said, I want to share an experience that’s important for others with severe food allergies. I have a serious nut allergy, and on a previous visit I was told certain items were safe and that a family member with similar allergies eats there without issues. Based on that, I felt okay purchasing and eating the items.
When I returned and spoke with the owner, she explained that everything in the bakery has a risk of cross-contamination, and that it’s up to me whether or not I choose to eat there. I respect that it’s ultimately my decision, but I believe it’s also important for food service businesses to clearly and confidently communicate when something is unsafe for allergy-sensitive customers. Saying “I want you to eat here, but everything could have nuts in it” sends a mixed message that could be dangerous.
I’m sharing this not out of malice, but to help others with allergies make informed choices. I truly hope this feedback is received in the spirit of care and caution with which it's given.

We really enjoy Fox Family Bakery! Love their breakfast sandwiches, they are so good and filling. We also like their chocolate and banana puddings and pies! You have to order these ahead but sometimes they do have them. Also try the chocolate brownie, apple pie bar, & cookies. Items change weekly so we keep an eye on their Facebook posts or just go by to see what they have.

I can personally vouch for the chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies and the key lime squares. Everything else looked delicious and made with care. Good stuff!

This place is awesome and the staff is great. I am a huge fan of their biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, and peanut butter cookies. I go out of my way to pick up their baked goods!!

As a BC local I used to visit here often and load up on fresh baked goodies and breakfast sandwiches until I bought cookies that were completely raw. The worst part was they were a gift so I wasn’t the one to discover they were not cooked throughout. Prices are astronomical, not worth it for us

Only opened 3 days a week but they make up for it. Cupcakes are exceptional and the brownies to die for the have it all.
I love this bakery! I haven't had anything from Fox's that I didn't love. I get the low carb bagels every time, and they usually have a savory dip that I eat with the bagels. I've had the Buffalo chicken dip which was amazing, and the dill dip which is also amazing! The macrons are amazing, super delicate.I've had the bownies and various bars and everything has always been very tasty!

Oh my gosh! We had a cake done recently for both of our daughters birthday's and everyone raved about how delicious it was. They did an absolutely beautiful job! It was gorgeous and tasted wonderful. Glad to support our local mom and pop bakery too, thank you Fox Family bakery!
