The waiter was extremely empathetic and made us feel well taken care of from the start. The St. Louis pork ribs were spectacular, full of flavor and perfectly smoked. The waiting time was short.
We came based on recommendations, having been told it was the best smokehouse in the area, and they were absolutely right. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place.

Best tri-tip! We came here twice in two days driving 30 minutes from our Vegas hotel on the strip because the food is so good and the service was so welcoming. This should be considered an attraction all on its own.

Stopped at this cool establishment on my way back to Las Vegas from the Hoover dam.
I didn't want to have lunch in Vegas, so I asked Chat GPT for a highly rated place for a good burger meal on my way back.
The recommendation was spot on - the portion sizes were really good, and the food was really tasty too.

Kiddo ans I ate here for lunch after visiting the Hoover Dam. Excuse the pun, but Fox Smokehouse was Dam Good! I had the beef and cheddar with Mac n cheese. The beef was tender, and the flavors of the sandwich were amazing. The Mac n cheese is some of the best ive ever had. The waitress and kitchen staff were kind enough to create a Mac n cheese topped with pulled pork dish for my kiddo, which was not on the menu. Kiddo loved his meal! If I lived in the area, this would be my go to for BBQ. Such a wonderful experience overall!

I ordered the loaded potato with burnt ends and it was a nice portion size with lots of meat. The burnt ends were good, not amazing. Very peppery, they love to use black pepper here and that's okay if you are into that. I would say the loaded potato is a great option if you are a light eater and want to save half for a lunch the next day for only $16. Beef ribs were insanely expensive for what they were. $22 per pound with a 3.5lb minimum serving. Get the half or full rack of pork ribs instead unless you have a hankering for these suckers because they were nothing special.

Large BBQ restaurant staple in Boulder City - plates are large, and priced reasonably. The atmosphere is strange, as they utilize carpet throughout dining room flooring. Food quality was average, but not bad.
