We went right about 4:30pm. They had closed the food section for the day, but we were able to get souvenirs. Lots of great options for the Hoover Dam and Las Vegas. However, the staff couldn't care less and we're having a conversation about one of them getting flirted with. We had to ask for service and they didnt say more than 1 word to us.

The coffee is bad here. I couldn't even finish it.

Our free hotel coffee was better. The vibe inside felt a bit more like a convenience store than cafe. But it is a nice break from the hot sun, & very easy to get to from the bridge.

Terrible services by the cook and his manager.

Employee was very rude yelling at everyone and called the sites armed gaurd when a man who was being yelled at said to stop yelling at me, the man was very non-threatening holding a kid in one hand his phone to his ear
Luckily the situation was resolved by records by other surrounding families

The white heavy set man not very friendly and unprofessional. Charge $4.00 for cup ice. Told us if we done eating we need to give up our seats. Mind we was on a tour bus who has on a layover for 2hrs. Wheee are we supposed to sit at. In the hot sun? The tour.bus shouldn’t stop here any more. There other restaurants that will welcome tourists business in that area .

Food was decent. Service was good. Place was crowded. I thought it would be more of a cafe style place. Its jus a fast food spot. Kinda like a food court at a mall. Been there done that. Checked off the list.

It does get little crowded but we loved sitting outside and food was actually not bad if u compare to other attractions.

I will always do one star when charges for food/drink are so ridiculously expensive just because they know they can charge that much since there's nowhere else to go. Service was fine at least and the food was acceptable quality. The pickles in the veggie wrap were weird with the other toppings but whatever. Cost 4 dollars for a small drink that I think would be like 10 oz or so..

Amazing. Haven’t even tried the food but the view of the bridge and dam (literately from our table) will most likely influence our review. I mean if we could give the atmosphere 10 stars we would. Here goes….busy busy (it’s spring break), but the coffee is great. We also jumped right to lunch so, the hot dog was great. I think it was definitely worth the price even though it want that expensive. The club sandwich was a 10/10. The meat tasted fresh. The strawberry banana smoothie was also great. The people working in the kitchen seemed a little cranky but the janitor guy was really great. He actually seemed like he likes his job and he was very personable. Overall a pretty dam good place to have food (get it?).

Kitchen was closed before 4:00pm, so we couldn't buy a proper meal. However, we were able to buy snacks.

This café is located directly in front of the main parking garage and south of the entrance to the Visitor and Tour Center. It consists of a food court with numerous indoor and outdoor seating options and attached to the café is a large gift shop, selling all the typical souvenirs items you expect to find at such a location. The items you will find are the gift shop and much higher as well as the food options, since this is really the only place on the dam to purchase these items, except for the occasional soda/water vending machines around the dam. There is another smaller gift shop located at Hoover Dam Overlook, which is on the Arizona side of the dam. The staff members in both the café and gift shop do not appear to be the happiest of employees but by no means are they rude or disrespectful. Probably just tired of all the dumb questions they must answer from all the visitors they have to deal with daily.
