We visited Mariano’s Tacos and More in Boulder City and tried the huevos ranchero among other dishes. My dish arrived as a tostada layered with beans and a cooked egg on top, covered with warm salsa and melted cheese. It was a different presentation than the traditional style we are familiar with from Texas and northern Mexico, where huevos rancheros are usually served with a more balanced salsa finish. The portion was generous, and the flavor was mild and homestyle.

If anyone is expecting the classic version, it may help to know that this is a different local take on the dish. It might be a good choice for someone who enjoys a very saucy and cheesy plate with plenty of beans.

I'm going to be very honest judging from how mediocre the place looked I was blown away by how good the food was. Everything was authentic and full of flavor. This is definitely a spot I'll be going to again.

Great local, family-owned place with delicious salsa and generous portions.

Ordered 2 meals to go. green sauce chicken enchiladas and cheese Chile reyeno they were soo delicious. Rice and beans were very good. Fresh guacamole and sour cream and Salad. I truly recommend Mariano's. Good happy Mexican music playing in the background.

Delicious! The chicken street taco was really something special. That was my favorite thing I ordered. I also really liked the carnitas street taco and chicken tamale. What a gem of a place! Everything was very fresh and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

Great Roberto's Tacos style Mexican food. Honestly, I forget this place is here because it's a bit hidden. Food prep is s but slow, but worth the wait.

Just finished eating Machaca burrito and it was wonderful. The woman at the front counter was very friendly. Amazing how a good front person can make a wonderful experience.
