Very good McD’s restaurant in Boulder City. Large sized dining area, with a good size parking lot, well-maintained facility, clean restrooms, and an indoor playground for your kids. The “personal touch” is no longer present, since everything is done through a kiosk machine without any human interface. The food was much better than most of the other McD’s we have in Las Vegas and Henderson area; fresher taste. Love all the brass statues around the front of the restaurant.

I walked in to get a drink. Employee told me I still had to put in my own order through the kiosk, where it asked me if I wanted to donate, add on items, etc, and made me get a number to take to the counter. This is ridiculous. I’m keeping my large drink and coming in to refill it at will. McDonald’s should be paying its customers to do this bs. This store is also very expensive. Boo.

The Service here is garbage everyone that owns it or is in charge are family , and it doesn’t matter if you pre-order order at the drive-through or go inside you will be waiting a minimum of 20 minutes for your food they will park you every single time you come to the drive-through their prices are through the roof because they are in Boulder city do not come to this McDonald’s drive the extra 10 miles into town

Tried to go to the drive-thru, they answered the other car before me even though I was there first. I kept saying hello and nobody answered. Sounded like they also got the order wrong on the car next to me. Finally I just left. It wasn't that busy

Went inside ordered 5 milkshakes at the automated kiosk, very impersonal. Proceeded to wait 23 minuites while they sent out dirve through orders before coldly calling my number and wisking off without even a thank you or oppology. Shame on you McDonnalds how for you have fallen. Booooo!

27+ dollars for 2 sandwiches, 2 hashbrowns and 2 ojs is way to much. Maybe they're trying to make you use the app. Still outrageous. Won't be doing that again. Better off going to a real cafe.

I hate to say it, but I am done with this McDonalds. I will start going to the new Sonic or try J in the Box. I am local, and yet again I pay $8 for a Big Mac due to a craving, and once again I get stale bread. They are two for two on my last two trips. The time before I called them up, they replaced the burger -bust seriously I dreaded biting into it as I knew it would be stale again. This is certainly a reflection of management and or ownership. The girl giving me the burger had no smile to top it off, but the main issue is them charging a premium for outdated product. I am embarrassed for them, to think they will live their lives selling garbage to people, they have no standards as human beings as this is a continuous problem. Good luck, you suck!

Everytime I’ve come here I’ve been dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least. Everytime I come here the wait time is insane, the customer service is subpar and the food is always cold. I don’t know if this is a staffing issue or not but I feel it’s necessary to supply workers with their proper training needs in order to set them up for success and to leave the customers satisfied and coming back. I don’t want a refund, I don’t want a meal comped. I just want this to be justified properly because I know I can’t be the only one.

This McDonald’s is ridiculously overpriced! I usually just drive to Henderson because if you are buying more than one item it is worth the drive being that each item may cost several $$$ more at this outrageously overpriced location! For example I bought a 10 piece nuggets at a Henderson location only 11 miles away and it was $3.10 not including tax less than the 10 piece nuggets I bought at this location less than a week ago!
