Can't say enough good things about the employees here! Friendly, fast, helpful and how they keep the place clean. I observed one delivering coffee to a table and so pleasant . Another gentleman took our tary and asked if there was anything else he could assist with, also offering up to help with kiosk order. Got the 2 for 5 breakfast sandwiches which were hot and fresh as was the coffee. Thanks again!

What happened? Our local McDonald's used to be so clean. This place is filthy, costmer service is inexistent. There's literally nobody behind the counter. You are now expected to place your order at the kiosk and pay with a card. So, what if you don't know how to use the kiosk or what if you don't have a credit card? Our elderly don't know how to maneuver the kiosk or don't care for it. My kids don't have a credit card, does this mean that my kids or our elderly are no longer welcome here? The restaurant seems to be runned by one person who seems to mostly concentrats in the kitchen, this makes it impossible to get any kind of assistance with anything. When did McDonald's decided that their Boulder City costmers are unworthy of a good quality service? We are a traditional town and deserve a more personal service approach. Also, when your restaurant is so filthy, it makes us wonder what your kitchen looks like. Do better.

The fish filet was cold. I asked for the employee to throw away my empty McDonald's iced coffee cup and the employee said they are not able to handle my used cup. Poor customer service, bad food, and very high price for it.

I've been a contractor with mcdonalds for more then 13 years. I installed 4 entire store a week for 6 of those years. I go to Vegas a few times a month and stop through your location twice a month. You consistently put out the freshest, hottest and the classic taste you think back as a child what McDonalds should taste like. Just thought you should know.... nice job!

Absolutely gorgeous pace and nice view. Friendly staff, very spacious area to eat. The food service is very quick.
The location is stunning. Very convenient to take the bus to Las Vegas.

The food was typical McDonald’s but the service was better than most. The young man that brought my order to my table was energetic and friendly. The dining room was a bit dirty but being cleaned.
