03/14/2025 @ 19:22: Bigger plate w 50/50, Honey walnut shrimp, original orange chicken, honey sesame chicken breast, veggie spring rolls, 4pc cinnamon apple pie roll: $23 The 4☆ for service is bcs the young man that was putting my bigger plate order together forgot to put my Honey Walnut Shrimp, but rather made room for the almond shrimp, closed the bigger plate lid and placed my honey sesame chicken breast in the small box container😅😠 While no one is perfect, especially a young man putting together an order, noticing a large Polynesian waiting, could become distracted. So, having said that, I'll take this one on me. As always, food is fantastic. Service is always great. As for the atmosphere, I gave it 5☆ given the fact I only walked in to pickup my online order bcs the drive-thru was packed. Mahalo a hui hou

Had problems with my order. The manager Chey at the time was extremely professional and sorted it out in no time.
Excellent customer service from every staff member at this location if there’s a problem they’ll have a positive attitude and have a willingness to fix it can’t find that type of service these days

Myself and a woman stood at the service line for about 8 minutes before a worker finally noticed us. All the workers were standing by the fridge talking and laughing. They were in earshot and eye view but did not once turn around to see if anyone was waiting for them. Food was regular but they didn't have all the dishes out. Not sure if they just opened but it was 1130am. Meh.
