Typical Starbucks. Not the staff's fault but the app should give a better estimate of how long it will be until product ordered through it is going to be. Said 5 minutes. I arrived 8 minutes later and had to wait another 10 to get my drink.
The staff is the nicest and kindest crew we have ever met! It’s a chill environment to work in and the strawberry matcha is delicious! Wifi is good too! Camelia and Serena are rock stars 🤩
I don't like complaining but, this I need to. Who ever was making the chia lates today on Jan 2, 2025 needs to be retrained. I asked for kids heat and got burned they replaced it for free which I was greatful but, then my friend ordered for me and I got burned again. I order kids heat as a means to actually be able to drink my drink with out hastle. I Don't want the employee fired just retrained.
