I have had a bad experience in the past at this subway with the staff entering a tip on my order wothout my consent. I usually tip $1 per sandwich because at least you are tipping someone who actually made the food. I pof bt card in the drive thru and planned to give a cash tip but I noticed the total was higher than the screen quoted. Looked at my receipt and the worker helped themselves to a 20% tip.
So whatever, the location was still more convenient and they had new staff when I went back. Give them another chance since it’s close. I ordered a garlic roast beef off their “premium” sub menu cant remember what it’s called. I get the sandwich and there are only 2 razor thin slices of beef on it. Most of the sub was only 1 slice thick with a small area of overlap in the middle. Felt like I was eating a vegetable sandwich. It was laughable how little meat there was. This was off their premium menu remember that was advertised as 33% more meat than regular subs. Never going back a single sandwich combo was $18. I don’t mind paying more for a quality product but you can’t skimp on everything AND charge more there’s just no value there. Stay away.

My family and I went inside and got absolutely no service. We waited around for 20 minutes before we decided to leave and go to McDonald's. No one else was there and it was just the one employee in the drive thru window.
And also the hours are stupid. They don't open on time and close early. It's impossible to do service with them

This is the slowest Subway on earth. Excruciating slow. 30 minute wait. But the workers are nice.

We were traveling to Grand Canyon ordered 3 foot long and 1 6 inch sandwiches. We asked them to put mayo and sauces separately they were giving us one mayo and 1 chipotle for all 4 sandwiches. We politely asked them twice that that’s not enough for 4 sandwiches. They started telling us limits of the sauces on the sandwiches. I politely told them several times before this escalated. Thats when their attitude started. Both of the workers the worst customer service they were annoyed making sandwiches the one acting to be the manager was worse than the younger one. I own subways in Reno and managers don’t act like her. If they were my employees they would have been fired on the spot. Cussing at the customers no matter the situation is never ok. I will make sure this gets reported to subway headquarters.

These hockey pucks are supposed to white macadamia nut cookies. This what they serve you when you use mobile order I guess. Not to mention soda machine is broken and no coke products available to substitute.

While I was having lunch. I watched the manager walk up to an elderly gentleman eating lunch and grab the sandwich out of his hand and take his soda from the table and throw them in the trash. She then proceeded to yell at him telling him he stinks and is always coming in with dirty clothes on. She yelled that he is 86'd for life. He was doing nothing wrong.
I think it's horrible how she treated this man, and I will not be back to this store. she should be ashamed treating the elderly like that.

I order a tuna sandwich for my wife for lunch cause she needed some protein cause her sugars was dropping. So when she got her sandwich the bread was day old, no tuna in her sandwich maybe 2 tomatos and 2 pickles not salt or pepper and oil and vinegar. She said they made it a 6 in on a foot long with no meat. Then I've been trying to call them for the pass hr and no one is answering the phone. I recommend people not ordering online through any service because you're not going to get what you ordered for what you paid for

I placed my order at the machine in the drive thru. I drove to the window and waited over 15 minutes for any acknowledgment. Erica finally came to the window and asked me if my order was the meatball one. I said yes and she started closing the window. I asked if she knew how much longer it would be. She gave me an annoyed look and said they were busy. I asked again, stating I only had about 20 minutes before I had to be back at work. She acted like I was bothering her. At that time, she said they only had wheat bread. That's not what I ordered so I asked her to cancel my order. SORRY Subway, you just lost a customer. Remember, there are other restaurants in town. This is my first review that I have posted, but... I felt it was necessary.
