Brandi was an masterclass in customer service. This woman should be made C.E.O or at least at very minimum security guard. She was also very assertive. She made it very clear that the dining room was closed at 10:00pm . This lady is actually so good at making sure the store closes at 10 PM that she locked it at 9:55. And to top it all off she wrote off on her scooter at near or over light speed Bare minimum Mach 5. Such an impressive genetically superior human being 10 out of 10 . I’m so excited and satisfied with your service. I can’t wait to c u next Tuesday.

No One even said Hello when we entered or while standing in the lob by we Ordered from the screen, that was dirty with taco sauce on it. The order was made wrong , ordered supreme we received regular with no tomatoes (and we added sour cream to pinto ) and beens it was missing so was made wrong also. Just sayin 🤷

Worst Taco Bell I've been to in the las vegas area. I always try to give them another shot, and every time they fail me. Soggy tacos, quesadillas that don't get sliced, crunchwrap with no hard shell inside. Don't spend your money at this Taco Bell go to the one in Henderson.

I came up to the speaker and the girl already had an attitude and my kid was ordering and she yelled at her and then when we got to the window she handed the card and I put my hand out to take and she wasent looking so I couldn’t take it and when she finally gave it to me I grabbed it and she whispered under her breath and I said what did you say and she started lashing out on my family and we are the customers. SO BADDD
