I came up to the speaker and the girl already had an attitude and my kid was ordering and she yelled at her and then when we got to the window she handed the card and I put my hand out to take and she wasent looking so I couldn’t take it and when she finally gave it to me I grabbed it and she whispered under her breath and I said what did you say and she started lashing out on my family and we are the customers. SO BADDD

Chaulpa shells were cold, stale, and hard as a rock. Paid extra for a CANTINA quesodilla that was a crumpled pile of tortilla, unmelted cheese, and barely any chicken. Looked like someone angrily made it with their left foot.
The prices are way too high, these 2 things and a crunchwrap/mex pizza cost me over 40$. Wouldn't feel as bad if it wasn't awful quality. Avoid this location until they improve

I placed a mobile order and sent my grandson to pick it up. When he got home with our order I was missing my nacho bell grande. I immediately called the store and was told they could not send it out with someone, even though they do have delivery, nor could they refund my money since it was a mobile order. I would have to drive back to get this taken care of. I told her I was not happy but I would be coming back to get my item. When I got there I had to wait for it to be made. Needless to say I will not be going back there.

Taco Bell has always been one of my favorites but this last trip was severely disappointing and I probably won’t be coming back to this location. I paid probably around an extra $6-$7 in modifications, which I understand can be frustrating for the people working the line, but more than half of those modifications were not made or just completely wrong. For example, my fiancée and I both got 5-layer burritos with our combos. He asked to add extra cheese and onions on his and I asked for extra beans on mine. We ended up with 3(?) burritos with one modified to have extra cheese and extra beans. And just lots of weird stuff like that. Overall just really not happy with the food this time around 🫤
