Highest rated pizzeria around Vegas and rightfully so. My girlfriend and I are from Canada, heading back to Las Vegas from Grand Canyon and wanting to taste something that we’ll actually remember from our trip before we fly back. Took a chance on this place just based on the ratings and it didn’t disappoint. We ordered the deep dish pizza. Sauce had the right balance of sweet and sour, and wasn’t runny. Crust was baked to perfection and was not floppy despite the heavy topping....
Ventured from Las Vegas to Boulder City to try the Chicago Style Deep Dish after hearing excellent reviews. We were disappointed to find out it was not stuffed deep dish, as to me, that is true Chicago Deep Dish. The quality of the ingredients and bake were very good. To my taste, I ding the pizza rating 1 point because the sauce is way too sweet. Service is great as well. Atmosphere is ok, just a small quaint restaurant. Dark wood everywhere but ample lighting. Several TVs on the walk to watch sports.
Tables are obviously old as they have that permasticky feel to them even though they are clean.
