They messed up my order for a family meal and gave me a 12 piece meal. I told them I ordered a family meal, which was a few dollars more. They instantly corrected it and gave me the rest of the family meal no questions asked and said it was on them. Great costumer service and some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had.

The food was good. The Bo-berry biscuits are a must try! Peach cobbler was ok. Aria took our order. She was super friendly and helpful the entire time we were there. She came to our table and asked to take plates and asked if I wanted a to go box. I think this is unheard of at a fast food place! She also said the boxes can be tricky to fold and feel free to come ask for help. After having bad experiences at other places this was so refreshing. I even heard the staff discussing how things are supposed to be done and they weren’t complaining. Great staff over there.
It seems since Covid, people have lost a sense of what real customer service is. So many people seem grumpy, unfriendly and act inconvenienced for simple, bare minimum tasks that are required to do their job. Thank you again Aria, keep being you, you are going to do great things with your career, whether it’s with Bojangles or somewhere else! Rockstar attitude.

Very friendly atmosphere. They were out of a couple toppings for the chicken sandwich, but threw in some extra food to make up for it. Super nice staff. Food was delicious. Chicken was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. First time at a Bojangles and we were very impressed

I walked in just looking for a quick bite to eat, no exceptions due to it being the Carlin area. But let me you I was blown out of the water. The chicken was crispy and juicy. The service was phenomenal, Even was greeted by the general manager. Who is very kind and had great customer service. Making sure I had everything I need. 10/10 would go back and recommend
