Great food. Hits the spot after a long day of fixing trucks!
Honestly, I came in expecting to doubt the reviews. But trying it now (Chile Verde pork burrito), its very authentic and interesting. I never had it but the flavor is there.
Highly recommend trying this place.

Rolberto's Mexican Food is a humble spot in Carlin, Nevada, offering authentic and delicious Mexican food. The Chile Verde pork burrito is very authentic and interesting, with the flavor there. Everything is delicious; the tacos are huge with double tortillas and plenty of meat, and the torta cubana is giant. The portions are generous, and the price is very reasonable. The tostada and enchilada with shredded beef are good, with a nice addition of peppers on the tostada. The number 9, carne asada tacos, rice and beans, has good size tacos with lots of tasty meat, though the beans tasted bland. The food is prepared quickly, comes out piping hot, and the service is friendly with a welcoming small-town atmosphere. The location is convenient right off the road, perfect for a road trip. The place is clean, opens since 4 am, and offers good weekend options like menudo or pozole. A total hidden gem in Nevada.
