Food was great better then what was expected, service on the other had waitress gave food and disappeared didn't see her till it was time to pay. Cook did check on us and I feel did better then waitress.

What a fantastic cozy little diner. Clean place.. friendly service...and amazing food! I had the French dip. Probably the best French dip sandwich I've had in a VERY long time.. The au jus was top notch. Thanks Keith for a great meal!!!

My Travels landed me in Carlin NV. I easily found State Inn Cafe and Bar. Once known for Great Breakfasts, and More. Now, Sat Night is Steak Night! Sweet Red Wine, 7 Moons, and RibEye, Blessed by Robert, Christine, and Chris. Come On Over, Great Food, Great Folks. Bar, Karaoke, Drink Walk, SAT Night.

Pulled up to the truck stop tired and hungry. Only thing to eat at truck stop was Subway and gas station food. Walked across the street to the cafe. And it was a special night on Friday. Guess they only serve dinner every other Friday and the only thing on the menu is ribeye. ❤️ I must say one of the best Ribeyes, I've had while out on the road. I will definitely need coming back! The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Thank you for the hospitality ?

Was an excellent choice for breakfast. Fast friendly with generous portions. Excellent bacon and sausage. Biscuits and gravy were sooo good. Will most definitely stop if traveling through this way again
Supposedly non-smoking but they dont try hard to keep the smoke from the bar out ... enough smoke to make me leave without eating.

The food was very good. I ordered the hamburger with fries. Burger was amazing and grilled the perfectly along with fries not over burnt and just right. Definite 5 star restaurant.
