Applebee's Grill + Bar

JT was awesome at taking care of our table and didn’t miss a thing. Most of the food was good. The only downside was my mom’s Asian chicken salad. It could have been better. Still, great service.

We brought mom here for her birthday the service and food was good. Wife's burger was a bit under cooked and we notified our server who very quickly took care of the problem. The manager even came to our table to apologize and made the situation even better. As always this place is service oriented and cares for the customer. We will continue to go there when in town.

It took 30 minutes to seat. No bussers to bus the tables. All staff seemed disorganized and slow to act. Waiter didn't bring sauces required for food items ordered. Waiter seemed to forget to check on us for refills, etc. We asked for things that we had to remind waiter to bring to our table. We will not be coming back to this establishment. Very poor customer service

We were able to enjoy each other company in a relaxed atmosphere. Our server was willing to interact in a friendly way while we felt served but not rushed.

I just ordered an impossible burger ok doordash which was about $20 and asked for no onions and no pickles and they gave me both AND THERE WAS PAPER IN MY BURGER! I sent a refund request to Doordash but wtf?? Don't order here unless you want paper in your burger 🤢 $20 paper burger!

Mel, Eric,Alicia are the best. Plus the regular customers we know who sit at the bar. It's not so much just dining it's community. Staff and locals getting together. It's awesome!
