We had a wonderful experience at Applebees today. We went for Happy Hour. We got drinks & appetizers. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was casual and our server Rachel S was outstanding. So pleasant, helpful & kind. Kudos to you Rachel for your excellent service. I hope your boss recognizes you as a irreplaceable employee. Thank you.

Our experience was very nice. Wait-help couldn’t have been better. Good menu, good prices and great taste. No issues what so ever. You’re not going to a million dollar eatery, so don’t expect to have a handmaiden at your feet. Awesome with your waiter and waitresses. Thanks

Service was great, but food was absolutely disgusting. Burger was burnt, bun was burnt, cheese was burnt, no flavor at all. Fries were cold and tasted like they've been sitting all day. Do not recommend whatsoever.

Once a year disappointment as the food is atill overpriced and underwhelming and service middle of the road. Kind of like paying for gas, ordering through a 1 inch thick glass window. Not unfriendly just zero connection. Chicken tenders dry as a bone due to massive coating of flavorless flour and my burger was clearly thawed/cooked on the grill.

Called in an order to pickup at 4:30pm. Sat in my car waiting for 20 minutes after arriving at 4:31pm. Got home with stone cold food, didn't get the coleslaw I ordered either. This is the 3rd time the food was not correct & cold. Will NEVER eat there again. And I repeat NEVER. Carson City Applebee's totally sucks!!!
