This is the Second time I have pulled up to the drive-through and I’ve had to wait there. Nobody talked to you so I ended up having to pull up to the window honking my horn. They don’t even have a headset on to take orders and you can’t understand them when they do try to speak to you. It’s frustrating. They’re gonna lose business because it seems like they can care less about taking orders.
6 out of the 6 ice cream's we choose for the banana royal sundae are all unavailable, and says we can't get a refund.this place has gone downhill at this specific spot.
Ordered through doordash. I should have known better because the scoops are always very very small but this one took the cake! We ordered 2 banana splits and a 3 scope sundae. The doordash driver was trying call me and warn me that they were having trouble packing the order but he couldn't hear me due to an issue with the call. He had to message me instead. The food was all over the bag and I mean all over. He said he had to have them repack it 3 times and eventually even got the manager involved. He said she didn't care one bit. The poor man was mortified that he had to deliver our order in that condition. Imagine spending $40 and recieving a giant mess. Not to mention they made the sundae wrong. Nothing was edible.
Had to fight doordash because there wasn't a receipt. Finally got the money back.

This seems to have changed ownership and has struggled since. Orders are usually made incorrectly due to lack of training or maybe not caring. Also horrible cross contamination and wrong orders can lead to allergic reaction!! The guy who tends to be there clearly does not want to be there!

I come for the ice cream. However, the presence of the staff can make or break an experience. It's not uncommon to feel as if you're a burden to the worker for showing up to their business. Last time I went, the guy couldn't be bothered to put down the phone and followed us as we looked at different flavors while talking loudly in his native languageand actually defended his actions by telling us that it was OK, "This is my friend." Very distracting while trying to decide on a flavor. Then, when we finally interrupted for a sample..... he walked away and disappeared to the back out of view for minutes and returned with a bare handed fistful of sample spoons? Were hands washed before handling utensils going into people's mouths? Poor experience, and it is not uncommon here.

Ordered online for pick up. When my partner got there to pick it up, they said they didn't have any online orders. They made it anyway, 2 banana sundaes and a two scoop cup. They didn't have half the flavors they gave the wrong flavors. One was missing scoop and had added nuts even though we said no nuts. She was even there to tell them the order, and they messed it up. It's been like this since they got rid of all the children. At least they got the orders right and had better customer service.

I ordered an oreo cookie milk shake and got some cinnamon cappuccino thing. Their customer service is terrible they hardly acknowledge their customers and have gotten my order wrong multiple times. Won’t be going back until their management is changed. This is unacceptable

I recently had a really frustrating experience at the Baskin Robbins in Carson City. I went through the drive-thru and asked for a layered sundae, but the staff member said a different order. When I corrected him and asked for clarification on the number of scoops, he replied in a condescending tone, "How many scoops, one two three, how many?" It was hard to hear, so I asked him to repeat himself, and then he cut me off and ordered me to go to the window. When I corrected him about the wrong order, he rolled his eyes and insisted I had ordered that. I explained I had asked for a layered chocolate chip sundae, and he closed the window before I could finish speaking, calling his coworker over. The coworker also had a nasty attitude and asked, "What do you want now then." I left because I didn't want to deal with such rude behavior. I usually don't leave negative reviews, but this was just so unacceptable. They weren’t even busy, so I don’t understand why they acted that way. It was incredibly aggravating to deal with such unpleasant people. I won't be going there again until they change management.

Staff is super rude. I come every Tuesday at 6pm and it’s the same workers with nasty attitudes. They even flipped me off and don’t speak English properly or understand what you are saying in English.

This is my Oreo Layered Sundae. I was so excited for it. ALL the fudge was on the bottom. *NO clue why the bottom instead of the top* It had the absolute bare amount of ice cream, which i still think is an insult when considering its price! Bare amount of whipped cream melted almost immediately. This was a big let down in comparison to the pictures shown in store & their website. Not sure why such a lack of service (like trying to silently rush us out) when the store was empty & they were receiving business from us. This used to be a TREAT for all ages- there shouldnt be disappointment when you leave!
