Horrible service and ice cream. Asked for a root beer float.. I got a cup of root beer with one scoop of ice cream floating on top. While my husband ordered for me, the guy cut us off mid sentence and just gave us whatever he wanted. These people are rude and I wasted money going here. Just go to McDonald’s next door.

Went through the drive through ordered and paid for a malt. Lady took payment while the guy was making the malt. Never got a receipt. Guy hands me the malt and accuses me of not paying. Told him to ask the lady who took payment who was right behind him 3x before he finally asked her. She confirms I paid and the guy doesn't even apologize for accusing me of not paying. On top of that the malt tasted watery like they diluted it with water. The place has gone down hill the last few years, not as good as it was before.

Been here a couple times, 1st to buy a cake for my son’s birthday. The cake was good, but the staff aren’t. There no “hi” or anything customer service friendly. I’ve personally gone through drive-through twice and usually employees from anywhere will actually try their best to lean out and help hand you things. This place and these people, nope. Instead the window opens and you can barely reach the order. Last time I went the drinks fell on me. No I don’t go in because what’s the point, people like that won’t care about your complaint, but hopefully the big wigs will. I’m just here to give everyone else a heads up. Too bad they weren’t better at customer service, doesn’t seem like they’ve been trained well and should probably find something else.

I ordered two layered sundays and they had the smallest scoops of ice cream. I imagine they used a child size scoop instead of a regular scoop, or maybe just a regular kitchen spoon. Instead of making up the difference by adding more ice cream, they just left it as it was. The sundays, with toppings, filled a little over half the sunday cup. They were such a waste of money. I have no intentions of going back, and would strongly suggest everyone to look elsewhere.

Out of town and decided to visit. No idea why this is rated so low. Staff was super friendly and all good allergies are clearly listed. Inside is small but nice. Ice cream was in fact baskin robbins.

I try many time call this store . But they don’t take my calls .i try 5 times but they just hang up one time one girl pickup my call and he just say hello and hang up again . This all got bad behavior . If you don’t have sensce talk to customer . Why you start business . Good bye very bad workers and very bad services
