I'm going to start out this review with a devils advocate type of view point.Being in retail/fast food myself I can see kinda where people are coming from working in a "busy" ice cream shop and feeling stressed.But my husband and I wanted to be kids and go on an ice cream date... so we came into our local Baskin Robin's only to NOT be greeted by the employee of this store but also felt super rushed and not listened to when trying to order a Sunday and a 3 scoop cup.I get being overwhelmed when busy but it's dead... its 11am and you're not doing anything so why not show some customer service pep?On top of which I wasn't asked if I wanted extra toppings on my Sunday or if I wanted nuts on my Sunday or not. Which is NOT a good practice in this field considering the amount of nut allergies there is.There was so much nuts on my Sunday I couldn't even enjoy it.The experience and over all environment of this business was very sad.I wouldn't recommend coming here if you're expecting a good experience. ?♀️At least try to seem polite.Dietary restrictions: Be careful if your allergic to anything. Make sure to tell them that you do Not want something on your ice cream

I was there Saturday buying ice cream for my family. The guy that was there was rude and dirty. He was not wearing gloves and touching the ice cream cone. They need to hire employees that are going to be nice to customers specially when we spend a lot of money. There was another guy making the waffle cones touching he’s head and face was also not wearing gloves. That’s just nasty.

Parking: The location of the parking lot is easy, it’s just right in front on the store and there are about 5-10 spots which is great for a small Business.Kid-friendliness: The employees were so friendly with the customers and kids, we had a great experience and so did our kids.

Brought my two 9 year olds in for some ice cream. The attendant was rude and because one of my kids was indecisive about what he wanted the attendant put his ice cream back and cut his scoop in half before giving it to him. I’ll definitely be taking my kids elsewhere to get their ice cream from now on.

Worst place in Carson , there are 2 Indian guys working 24/7 and owner give them cash cuz they are working illegally also they are always on phone and cursing people whenever there is any customer inside somebody should call ice on these workers so don’t come here better go to dq

Old toppings, & rude customer service. Don’t waste your time or money. Yogurt beach is much better. OR check out SCOUPS ice cream and soup it’s Much better

Paid $6 for a size small chocolate milk shake, most definitely was not worth it. It tasted ok but nothing special, kinda watered down. McDonald’s ice cream machine was out of order. It’s the only reason I came here. Won’t be back.

The ice cream and toppings here are old . My boyfriend has been sick throwing up since last night . We are about to go tot he hospital . The owners need to check this place pretty sure the workers are smoking meth back there on top of the fact I ordered one of there whip cream cans . The date said 2019 on it !! We are going to the hospital and filing a lawsuit against this place . Owners refuse to contact us back .

Went in for a free 4oz birthday scoop for me and my son (our birthdays are a couple days apart) I got sent 2 separate emails for each scoop. Guy scoops my ice cream and I show him the codes for him to scan . He then says he can't do 2 codes ...I'm like ok do a separate transaction and he wouldn't. I had to pay for my FREE birthday ice cream. Ridiculous and false advertising

It was the middle of the summer and it gets very hot here, so I stopped to go inside and cool off. I was greeted with friendliness and ate some tasty ice cream.
