Our waitress was simply awful. Didn't listen to what we ordered at all. But the food was spectacular.

Very nice place and very busy. We were there at lunch and had been seated about 5 minutes when 4 ladies came in and sat next to us. They got waited on first. Sorry but as a life long Hospitality worker, that don't fly. I feel the server was completely overwhelmed by the size of her station. I will give you another shot. Food was very impressive. Did the 9.99 boneless wings and a side of fries. Split it with my daughter in-law. Very tasty. Next time I shall arrive earlier and enjoy an adult beverage.

One of the worst visits we ever had. Waitress took our drink orders in a very rude manner then she disappeared. We sat for 30 mins with no drinks and no waitress. The bar tender never made our drinks if the waitress even gave him the order. The bar tender also sat with a friend goofing off instead of making drinks. We will never go back.

Went for our daughter's 21st b'day on Monday, it was a slow night for them, the waitress killed it! We had 15 people and tons of orders. They were very accommodating! We love bully's they have the best wings in Carson City!

Came in with a work group of close to thirty people. The one man working gladly took us. Food was great, service was great. Loaded potato pizza was much better than it sounded.

Nice place, good food, good service and prices are on par with other places like this. Plenty of parking and seating.

Worst place I have gone to traveling the western part of the states in the last 3 weeks. Worst service imaginable.

First time at this location. We stopped in around 2pm. There were 6 people sitting around the bar and no one at any of the tables. We got drinks relatively quickly. Ordered one entree, a sandwich & fries, waited over FOURTY FIVE mins for the waitress to come refilled our drinks (no food yet) asked if they were butchering the cow and making the bread from scratch. Waitress laughed, refilled our iced teas and we waited ANOTHER FIVE MINS for our food . The fries were soggy. The bread was soggy and the burger was still pink.
Sadly 😥 we won't be back again. This absolutely ruined it and the waitress kept telling us there was nothing she could do, it was all the cooks fault

Took forever to get a drink, much less order food. You can pretty much guarantee you will wait to get any service unless you are a regular. Food was barely passable at best. Know it was a slow night but so much better around Carson City you could eat at!

I used to enjoy ordering a good French Dip from Bully’s. I gave it a shot three times, but that third time was enough to make me stop ordering—it just felt too risky after that. This was all through DoorDash, of course, where you basically have to accept that close to 50% of what you’re paying is going to tips and fees. Definitely not what I’d call affordable.

Anyway, the final straw was the third order. I specifically asked for no cheese, and they sent me a French Dip slathered in it. That made the whole sandwich 100% inedible for me. Total waste of money—especially with that 50% markup. When the kitchen doesn’t bother to take online orders seriously, don't confirm if they're properly filled, it doesn’t exactly inspire customer loyalty.

Maybe some folks don’t mind, especially if they’re not too picky or don’t have to think twice about what they’re spending. But I do.

That said, when they did get the order right, it was honestly one of the better French Dips you could order in town.
