Staff took long for my order where they rather prepare delivery orders 1st than take care of the walk in customers. Where they don't knowledge the customers and they argue amongst each other especially Hector he is disrespectful to his fellow employees

We ordered two of the 3 for $7 junior whopper meal deal. Tell me why on my husband’s 7 minute drive home, our burger patties are stone cold! Not frozen (thankfully) but refrigerator cold?!! I am beyond frustrated that we can’t get a meal that’s hot, let alone warm. Oh, and adding a hunk of lettuce heart is just ridiculous. Do better. It’s not that hard.

Went here to get a sandwich and I stood in line for a half hour while other people got their food. They didn’t even get the order right and I gave it back. Out $13 dollars but it’s the principal. Get better mcployees

Are you still open 24/7 or is that signage just lingering? I went through a couple nights ago after a late shift, around 1230ish, pretty sure I saw at least one truck parked and the menu lights were on. Pulled up to both speakers and got no responses. I haven't been there in a couple months, did the 24/7 change without me knowing?

Doesnt matter what time you come or how many people are working or how many customers are in line, or how many orders they have up. Always a 30 minute wait for a few burgers
Soda machine wasn't working properly, no ice and soda almost tasted flat. But was enough to wash down food. Fries were heat hot no complaints there. Burgers had cold spots in them.
