Our cashier Courtney was so understanding and nice and helped us so nicely to figure out what to order I appreciate that , especially when you come in hungry lol

I have been Getting a capastrami since they came to the area normally over loaded and delicious. Today It was not the case I've been ordered extra rushing and my sandwich is still dry and much less meat and slow in before I doubt I'll be going back to the Carson's City location anytime soon.
I don't know what is going on with this Capriotti's, but it always takes around 30 minutes just to get a sandwich here. They need to fix something.
The food here is so good, and a favorite is The Bobbie (Thanksgiving in a bun) 😄. To be honest, everything on the menu is good! The staff is very friendly and engaging. The place is very clean.
Worst sandwich shop in carson city. Always waiting and once the food comes its terrible.
