So SICK AND TIRED of this location consistently making sandwiches wrong! I order take-out OR eat- in, and they still can't get it right.
Learn to pay attention and realize that if someone gets ill because you slather on a condiment they're allergic to, it can potentially land you in trouble.

Love this place. Usually fantastic. Tonight I ordered my favorite (chicken Philly) waaaaaaay to salty. On my 3rd glass of water and still all I can taste is salt. Please do better. I will go back, but now i'll ask for no added salt.

Best Turkey sandwich I have ever had in my life period! Possibly just the best sandwich. The bread was divine and the seasoning was out of this world. And who knew turkey could be shredded so fine??? I'd eat their sandwich everyday if I could. Please come to Wisconsin, pretty please 🥹

So this is the worst place out of this chain I have been to. First time I had an issue I was charged for a double meat meatball sandwich and they didn't even have meatballs. Worst part was there was no managers to show these two guys working how to refund so one of them gave me cash out of his own pocket. The last straw was getting a Bobbie and they didn't put mayo on it. That wouldn't have been to bad but the turkey was dried out so bad it might as well have been jerky. By dried out I mean like the stringy bits of white meat that turn brown and crusty after a few hrs being left on the counter. That was how all of the meat was. If the meat isn't up to par don't serve it. How hard is it? There was no other customers aside from us the whole time we were there till we left so it's not like they were busy. Never going back!! Also we believe the meatball sandwich my husband at gave him food poisoning. Don't risk eating here!!!

Unbelievable! I place my order online for a cheesesteak. Says it'll be ready in 15 minutes. I arrive on time. The lady says it'll be right out. I wait while I watch them make like 6-7 sandwiches, thinking one of them is mine. Nope. They didn't start making my sandwich until 10 min after I arrived. And it was ready in another 5-8 minutes. That by itself is ridiculous. It was worse, though. The cheesesteak tasted undercooked. The cheese was half melted. The bread (I saw them do this for every hot sandwich) had nothing done to it. Other locations will place the bread on the grill to warm it up and give it a light toast. This place just took the bread and loaded it up. Soft bread isn't bad, but still. I had to throw out half the sandwich cause it just didn't taste good at all.

This is by far my favorite sandwich place. I have tryed 4 different types since my very first visit. THE BOBBIE is by far my most favorite. My family loves it also. This shop in Carson City is very spacious and the employees are super nice. The young man that took our order had a great conversation with my husband and son while we waited and I thought that was very polite and comforting. The place was clean and again the food was top tier.

Amazing food. Just recently we ate inside and they didn't deliver it to us on the metal rectangular trys like they use too. ? they where just fully wrapped up and we have to fight the paper just to get to it. So much more welcoming when it was served open on a try.

I am typically not one to leave a bad review but they got my order wrong (I ordered a Cole Turkey and they put tuna on my sandwich instead and it was really gross!) The sandwich shop also smelled like sewage. The price was not worth the quality of food at all.

This used to be a good sandwich shop but today was one of the worst experiences dealing with any retail store. It's Thursday 6/13/24 around 4:00 pm I walk in the front door and there are no customers just a young guy behind the counter and it looks like he's talking with his buddy on the other side . I walk straight up to the counter and it takes about 30 seconds for the young guy to look at me and ask what I want. I said "let me have a Turkey sandwich" he says what size and he points to the chart on the counter and I say 10". He says "lettuce, onions, tomatoes? I said yes with mustard, mayonnaise and NO oil & vinegar. He says $12 or something like that and rings it up. The whole transaction took less than 10 seconds. I said I want some chips and reached down and grabbed a bag of chips, he scoffed and took a couple more dollars out of my $20. He never asked if I wanted anything to drink and disappeared somewhere in the back. A couple minuets later a young girl comes out, calls my name, hands me a bag and walks away. I get in my car to go home to Virginia City but it was 4:00 and I hadn't eaten all day so I pulled over in the parking lot at Gold Dust West to eat my sandwich and guess what, No Mayonnaise and No Mustard but it did have a little oil and vinegar. It was one of the driest things I have ever eaten .
The point of this post is not the stupid $12 sandwich it's about customer service. If you are over 65 you will know what I'm saying. I'm 70 years old and I've owned a retail business in Carson City for over 33 years and before that I was the parts manager for Carson City Toyota for 10 years so I know a little about life and customer service.
Anybody under 30 (not all, but most) treat seniors like they just want us to get out of their way because we are just old & stupid. I can't imagine how they treat their grand parents and parents. Just because we are old and don't use Instagram and other social media platforms, doesn't make us stupid.
Maybe if you are going to hire young people they should be trained on how to treat senior citizens and not so much on diversity training. If the youth of today is the future of this country I'm glad I wont be around to see what they do with it.
Yeah, yeah I know. OK Boomer!

Ordered 2 turkey sandwiches when the place was completely empty. It took 20+ minutes to get these dry turkey sandwiches, a hint of sauce was applied to the lettuce, the turkey had the consistency of tuna. I ate it because I was hungry and in a hurry to get to Tahoe but I will not be going here again because the thought of the pastey turkey makes queasy. Also my date didn't eat more than 3 bites of his sandwich.
